User not Getting Some External E-mail but Message Tracking says He Is

Exchange 2000 SP4, Outlook XP. External email from a particular person
apparently does not get delivered to one user's Exchange mailbox even though
Message Tracking shows that it has. Another user gets the same external
email in his mailbox OK. I have asked the user who isn't getting mail to
check to see if he hasn't created a rule to move mail from this person to
another folder. Any other ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

Not this time... I opened his mailbox on a spare PC, fresh Outlook install,
no views or filters and the mail in question is definitely not there.

How big is his mailbox when you look in Exchange System Manager?
Check if incomming emails are delivered to his mailbox or to a pst-file
- Outlook -Tools- Email-Accounts - View or change existing ......
- Deliver new e-mail to the following location
If this is set to a pst-file, he will never see incomming email in his
mailbox.

Peter

Thanks for your suggestions Peter. Since he is only missing mail from a
particular external source and all other mail is getting through, the size
of his mailbox is probably not relevant (his is not the biggest one by far).
Someone has suggested that maybe mail from this source is being flagged as
spam.
Cheers,
Bill

How do I get Powerpoint 2003 fade in 1 by 1 in 2007
I frequently used the 'fade in one by one' feature in Powerpoint 2003, which allowed me to fade in individual bullet points by way of a click of a mouse. Not only is this feature now not standard in 2007, but I can't work out how to create it: anything that I find, tends, instead, to fade the bullet points in on some kind of automatic time schedule, rather than - as I want - on a mouse click. I want only to use text, no sounds, no pictures, and nothing fancy. Currently, I am reduced to copying my material into an old Powerpoint 2003 presentation, but this is silly....

Mail will not Send/Receive automatically
I have outlook set up to send/receive every minute but it suddenly stopped doing so. Anyone have ideas why? Robin Several. For starters, a one minute polling interval is just nuts. It is difficult to determine why automatic polling is failing when you do not post your mail account type, connection type and polling settings. If automatic polling once worked and now fails, you also need to examine what changes were made to your setup before automatic polling stopped working. In general, here are the reasons automatic polling might fail in Outlook: 1. You have created an unrealistic po...

Using Company Wide Mail Templates.
Hi, I do not know if i am at the right spot here, or if it is evne possible, but i got the following question. My boss would like me to make sure that every outgoing mail has the same looks. It starts by adding a signature that is the same for everyone, except with ofcourse personalized information. This was easily done by giving everyone a signature. The next question is however, to put the head of our website, also above our mail. This means that every user that sends a mail, the mail will have a nice header, underneath that header, the mail is typed, and then its ended with the si...

How to track ActiveControl.Name when switching records in form with multiple subforms
