No it is not possible to have more than one owner for any records.

I am in a desperate search to find a solution for creating a workflow that
sends an automated email notification upon Case open to both the contact that
submitted the case and parent account's primary contact/email.
It seems that i can only do this manually, or send to one or the other but
not both. Any suggestions from another service provider that has tackled
this issue? Perhaps I am not seeing a logical approach that already exists.
...Changing letter case to user specified.
I have a list of names in both WORD and EXCEL and would like to change the
case letters to look like this...
How can I do this? Is there a function I could use in EXCEL or WORD?
I hate to bring bad news but I don't believe you can do this. However when
using names you should probably have a separate column for first and last
name. This would make it really easy to accomplish what you are doing.

I know it's a can of worms, but does anyone know where the CRM for Outlook
stores its settings? for example, if I select that I want to use the CRM
forms for appointments, where does that setting get stored so that the
software knows how to set it the next time its launched?
We have a few customers looking to deploy the Client for up to 1500 users
and it's unrealistic to assume that the IT department can roam the
countryside updating user preferences when the customer goes live. So we'd
like to figure out how to push these settings out programatically. I know:

We have multiple users on Windows XP, recently converted to Outlook
2003 e-mail from Eudora. Two users (out of 34) have this issue:
The default signature is placed in a new message, but its text is
"white". If you select all with Ctrl-A to highlight and then choose
black text color, the signature is visible. We have deleted the default
signature entirely, created a new one, pasting in from Word and the
problem still exists. Needless to say, this is a nuisance.
A 3rd user has part of his signature (not all lines) showing up in the
recipient's e-mail with large font >24 points ...Can VBA change Split Form Size?
I just started to experiment with split forms today. I would like to know if
it is possible to use VBA to change how the form is split between the upper
and lower parts. An example would be most appreciated.
You cannot change the properties at runtime as you'll have to go into design
view to modify the properties.
example: Forms!YourFormName.SplitFormOrientation = acDataSheetOnLeft
I don't know the constant number but it should be somethinglike 0,1,2,3.

One client is running two exchange 2000 servers. One for mailboxex/OWA and other for public folders. Access to public folders through outlook works fine. Users access OWA through exchange.domain.com which works fine. But when someone tries to access public folder which are on a different server, it points to server.domain.com/public/foldername which brings up page not found error. I am upgrading a large .ADP application from Office 2003 to Office 2007 and

I am in the process of converting all the old custom menubar/toolbar

Currently I have over 20 Ribbons (and growing) all use the "Start from

Can someone explain why Microsoft opted to change the default style set in
Word 2007 and now in Word 2010 to include mutliple line spacing at 1.15
between lines and 10-pt. spacing after paragraphs? Evidently, enough people
are dissatisfied with it that they also opted to continue the Word 2003 Style
Set as a style option. I greatly dislike the 2007/2010 Style Set and I
suspect I'm not alone.
Thanks in advance for any input.

...Setting up rules on Exchange 2000 public folders to filter out spam.
In my organisation we have public folders used by various departments.
They emails come in there from outside via a publicly displayed email
address (on our website). Inevitably, a lot of junk finds it way into
these folders from spammers. Unfortunately, our anti spam software is
rather rudimentary and can only ban via domain which is usually
inappropriate for us. I was wondering if it is possible to configure a
rule (like the client based rules you can setup in Outlook 2000) to
filter out mail containing certain words and phrases, and dump them
into a trash folder. If anyone can offer assis...Windows Live Mail cannot access hotmail account

...Change Chart links to values using VBA?
I have a worksheet with a collection of productivity charts based on
data in other worksheets of the same workbook.
I need to copy / email the worksheet with the charts only to other staff
- all they need is the static charts.
So I patiently covert the links in the charts to values by selecting the
chart line, going to the formula bar, press F9 then Enter to do so.
Surely there is a better way?
Can I do this laborious job in VBA?
Any ideas gratefully appreciated.
This routine will convert links to array values.
