Is there a way that I can set a public contact folder as the default address
list when composing a message on all of my clients?

This is an Outlook thing. You can change the Outlook Address Book to display
whatever you like as its initial view, in the settings in the address book
menu, I believe. You don't want to make Outlook do *lookups* first from the
public contacts folder, or your contacts folder, though - keep the GAL first
for name checking.

Setting default zoom
Can I set up Word 2007 so that every document automatically opens with 100% zoom, or at least the same zoom the document had when last saved? For some reason, Word documents always open with reduced zoom, too small to read for an old bloke like me. If I could get the documents to open at 100% zoom it would save the need to change the zoom setting every time I open a document. -- Alan Neilsen Change the zoom setting - http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/SaveViewAndZoom.htm or You can control the zoom with auto macros in normal.dot. "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" is dimmed
We are running Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003. A user recently got married and her AD account was updated to reflect the name change. Since that time, she is no longer able to browse a public contact folder she had previously marked to show as an e-mail address book. She can view it and browse it via Outlook directly with no trouble, but cannot access it via the address book. The option to "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" is grayed out, preventing her from re-enabling this much-needed feature, and I can't figure out why. I verified her membership in the secu...

Outlook address list
Howdy; I use outlook 2000. Any way to set it so it shows the entire email address and not just the person's name? If I were to add myself for instance, after I type it in, it will show "Mitchell Rudin" (underlined) and not mrudin@bellsouth.net. This is really annoying since I need to print address lists for other people. How to copy (or move) Journals from one folder to another
