Outlook issues after Exchange migration

We recently migrated Exchange 5.5 mailboxes to Exchange
2003 on a new domain. This was performed with the exmerge
utility in a 2 step process. Now there are 2 issues with
Oulook:

1) When a user types a recipient name into the address
field, the name autocompletes as normal. But when the mail
is sent, a message returns saying it is undeliverable.
However, if the user goes into the Contacts folder and
from there selects the same user to send a message to, it
is successful.

2) If a user shares a calendar, specifying the user with
whom to share and the level of permissions, all users in
the organization are then able to view the calendar.

Any ideas on these would be appreciated. Thanks.

Expected behavior. Create new Outlook profiles for your users or have
them clear their name cache in Outlook. I would recommend you create
new profiles because any messages received before you migrated and
replied to will exhibit the same behavior.

Check the permissions on the folders in Outlook to verify that
default is not set to something other than NONE. Othewise, you may
have mucked around with the default Exchange perms and granted
everyone access. Are your users able to open inboxes and other folders
as well?

The admin on site just tested with a new Outlook profile
and got the same result. Is there a way to clear all names
from the Outlook name cache at once or do they have to
do it one at a time?

Regarding Calendars, the default is set to none. But the
calendar cannot be shared unless the default is changed.

How can you clear the name cache without having to just recreate a new
Outlook profile?

Delete the file with type NK2 located in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook, which
is a hidden folder.

Major bug in Outlook 2K(SP3)? Puts emails into the Junk E-Mail folder randomly?! #2
My Junk Sender list is empty and "move to Junk E-Mail folder" is tuned off!. Nevertheless, from time to time (once in a few days), Outlooks puts one legitimate email into the Junk E-Mail folder! It is an old problem that existed ever since I installed the original version and throughout all 3 SPs- 1, 2 & 3 upgrades. If I would not see it with my own eyes, it would be hard to believe it. I am using W2K+SP4. Any knowledgeable hint is appreciated. Thanks, David ...

We are using Exchange 2000 on an SBS 2000 machine. We signed up with Spam Soap - an outside company to provide incoming/outgoing SMTP mail filtering . As part of their service, you also configure them as a "smart host". This is configured in the virtual SMTP Server area - in the advanced options for delivery. Also, in order to have this work properly, the SMTP Connector we had configured in the 'Connectors' area also had to be removed. Redirect Exchange 2000 IS backup to different Exchange 2003 server
I recently added an Exchange 2003 server to the same org as a 2000 server. I have dbs from the 2000 server that I need to restore to retrieve email from a user whose mailbox was moved to 2003.
