I have been thru every post back for almost two years, why has no one
mentioned the Report library. Another note the back-up manual in the user
it does not mention the importance of the custom labels being saved at all.
or templates or how to back up the whole system, it is in the partner guide
but what about the customers?

I am using exchange 5.5. Currently when people send e-
mails to a non-existant mailbox, they do not receive a
bounce back e-mail saying that the e-mail address does not
exist. Is there a way to do this in exchange 5.5?

I would like to automatically execute certain reports and email them
internally. SSRS should handle this fine. Howerver, I have one HUGE
SSRS requires you to store the credentials for the report in order to
automate it. This in itself is not a problem. BUt SSRS will not allow these

I created variables in report writer for an invoice that do not always print
the correct totals.
If you print the same incorrect invoice a second time then it always prints
the correct total. It seems the calulated variables are not always getting
cleared from the previous invoice that was printed?
If we have 10 invoices that are exactly the same with Product A the invoice
will all print correctly. If we then switch to printing 10 invoices with
Product B the calculated variables are not shown correctly on the invoice.

We are currently using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 mail client.
One of our ask us to configure his Outlook client to delivery his mail
to a pst file local to his machine, instead of leaving it in the
server. This configuration workrd for a while and it suddenly stopped
delivering his mail to his pst file, but just leaving them in the mail
server. To make Outlook deliver his mail again to his pst file we
need to enable the " Cached Exchange Mode" and configure Outlook to
manually connect to Exchange.

I have a report that has a Start date and an End date text box in the header
which have their data coming from a parameter query. I need to display the
full date, ie. August 1, 2007, in each text box. There is also a Date label
on the left side of this line and a to label between the text boxes. I have
set the Start date to right aligned and the End date to left aligned. This
causes a gap between the Date label and the Start date text when the month is
less than September. Is there any way to avoid this gap without causing a gap
on either side of the to label??

I have converted a database designed in 2003 to 2007. One of the reports
unfortunately does not work the same as it did in 2003. The report
generates invoices and on the form I had put in a text box with the Control
Source property set to [Enter Invoice Date] which brings up a dialog box
when the report is run asking the user to put in a date. This works ok in
2003 but comes up as #Error in 2007 in the report generated.
In 2007 report design, the text box has a green triangle on it indicating an

Okay, so after reading some of the posts in this newsgroup I get the
fact that M05 sucks. I wish I had read all that BEFORE I actually installed

I have a report that when run basically tells us the part number, how many
are in stock, and how many we need to make to complete a particular order.
There are several order dates to each part, so the rows repeat themselves for
each of the order dates. There are total fields on the report that show how

I am tinkering with the SQL reports and KPIs with GP 2010. Some of the
reports don't work on my test laptop.
For example, for the PM Historical Aged TB- detail, there is a datasource
dsGP10PM which includes several datasets. One dataset is dsPrmVendorID. The

It is a bit unusual that you would need to use that many fields. However, you
can get around this limitation by using subreports.
