Problems with creating a newsletter
I chose the form "Newsletter - email".
I have created a 3 page newsletter. Now, I have NO IDEA how to send it out
as an email. I do not want to send it as an attachment. I cannot figure out
which "save as" format or what I need to do so that i can email this
newsletter. Is there a website that goes through how to do this?
Am I correct when I say that it has to be html in order for me to send it as
email? That is not one of the options.
Any help you give me would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone else come across this issue in MSCRM3.0? - when you attempt to
resolve an email address to an existing contact in CRM (that does not
currently have an email address stored in their details) the contact resolves
OK but does not update the email address in the contacts details.
Is this by design, or have I found a bug?

disc. I did use the backup option and have a backup of all the old
data. And of course had to reinstall Office 2003.
Will third party software restore my old email and addresses or am I

I am running Exchnage 2003. My CEO has a conatct in our organisation that
refer to his blackberry contact. I have set the forwarding to also keep a
copy in his mailbox.
What happens is that three copies of his forwarded email hit his blackberry
account! Only one hits his internal mailbox.
What I ahve determined is that the front end Exchange server seems to be
creating the additional copies. Is this how its meant to be (don think so cos
its such a nuisance and my CEO keeps complaining about it).

One of my users is experiencing an issue when they save an email that is
tracked within CRM the email displays in CRM with "Size=2>" directly in front
of certain lines of the email. So for example "Size=2>" will appear in front
of someone's comments in the email or in front of their name. Does anyone

When you send an e-mail message from an existing Microsoft Business Solutions
CRM contact, the e-mail address does not resolve to the contact record. When
you view the e-mail message in Microsoft CRM, you receive the following error

I have a user running Outlook 2002. She has been sending
out an email every week to a few other users to remind
them to go out on the network and check a certain file. I
advised her to have each person set up a recurring
calendar reminder so she no longer has to do this. She was
aware that she could do this but wanted to know if there
was a way she could create a recurring email from herself
to these other people instead. I am not aware of a way to
do this in Outlook so I thought I'd post this to see if
anyone else knew if this was possible.

important to know which ones you have forwarded and which
ones you have replied to.
Unfortunately, my inbox icons do not change when I reply

You have a contacts folder ...that's what you should use. "Personal Address
Book" means .pab file - it's an old legacy thing, not what you want or need.

I have a published application via TS and Citrix Metaframe XPe. OCCASSIONALY,
when a message is sent from MAPI client configured in the TS environment
(Outlook 2003) it will change the SMTP address, by concatinanting the
address. For example: email@example.com is the intended address, when I look at
the Message Tracking Center on the Exchange Server it's attempting to send to
firstname.lastname@example.org:USER@DOMAIN.COM. Where is the :USER@DOMAIN.COM, which is

A number of users are complaining about Word doc's arriving as .do_
and pdf's arriving as .pd_ which need to be renamed to work as intended.
Have googled and binged to no avail. Forefront wasn't installed, and

I can access files from my notebook on my desktop via my wireless
connection. I have Office 2007 on both machines. What would be the best way
to access the text of an email on the notebook from my desktop. Would (can)
the context of the email in outlook on the notebook be copied or transferred
to a file that I can access from my desktop?

You could open the Outlook PST on the notebook from Outlook on the Desktop
using File | Open ... (ensure you are sharing the folder the Outlook PST is

AFAIK there IS no...save to email
I just used microsoft publisher 2007 and made a seven page 8.5 x 11 document
with pictures in it. It only saves it in publisher if I try emailing it it
emails the whole publisher program with the page. The text just saves with
no pictures in my documents. I am trying to email the document. I have
downloaded everything I can find on the internet. When I click email nothing
happens. I have tried to save it as a pdf as a picture and it only saves the
text. Please help....thanks Joy
