When sending email, how can I also include the "address" of an OL

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
I need Exchange support and therefore I am planning to buy the Full version of MS Office 2008 for Mac. I already purchased and installed (and have been using) MS Office 2008 Home & Student edition.
My questions are:
1. Should I uninstall the Home & Student edition before installing the Full version? (I assume so).
2. How do I make sure that the data I have already created in Office 2008 Home & Student edition will be available to me after installing the Full version? In particular, how do I make sure that ...Mailbox needs reducing

I've been having issues getting Public Folder replication going between 2

Prior to doing any work I performed a Backup using Veritas Backup Exec and
this completed and verified correctly.
I screwed things up and managed to delete some of the public folders on my

backup I have is the Exchange backup I created before doing any work.

Hoping that someone can offer a suggestion on this one.
I'd like to be able to synchronize an email folder in a particular users'
Outlook account with a public folder. The idea is to have email
conversation threads in a particular folder (just one folder) visible to
others in the group via the public folders. Ideally, it would be great if
changes to the public folder are instantly mirrored in the users folder -
but that requirement is not critical, the core requirement is to have the
public folder mirror the user's folder (in real time).

I am running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003. I was able to move all existing
mailboxes from my old Exchange 2000 server to my new 2003 server. Whenever I
try to create a new user it creates the user normally and asks if I want to
create a mailbox for the user. I check yes, and it says account created
successfully. However, the mailbox never appears in Exchange, no email
address is assigned to the new user, and I cannot send mail to the user
account either. If I try to access any Exchange properties from ADUC it
shows everyhting as if a mailbox exists, but there is no mailbox. I am

I have a bit of a mess with a mailbox that receives all messages that clients

think I can expand the mailbox is because I'm in the enterprise admin, domain

We have a number of Windows users whose Windows account has been disabled.
Now the exchange server reports error events for each of those users,
because the mailbox is not associated with an active user account.
Short of deleting the mailboxes, is there anyway to get Exchange to (reject
the mail and) not report error events for those mailboxes.

I want to backup the all message sent or received by mailboxes, I find that
there is an option "Archive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on
this store " in Exchanger 2003.
I had selected this option and forward to public folder. But I found that
not all message will be archived.
- All message sent by mailboxes can be archived
- Some Messages come from mailboxes will not be archived
Eg: yahoo, hotmail, and other company
Is this option not archive this message ?

We have a tool which creates a batch of mailboxes, then logs into each

Today we ran the tool and mailbox-enabled 300+ mailboxes in one go.
Although the Exchange tabs were present and the SMTP address was filled

Manually running RUS didn't help either. We've got one DC and a

I need to move data that meets a certain criteria, to another sheet within a
workbook. For instance, if a column of data is for a certain ZIP code area, I
need it to automatically copy to a sheet for that city. Say, 40202 would go
to the Louisville, KY sheet. Because Louisville has multiple ZIPs, I would
need only the data that begins with 402 to go to that sheet. Lexington KY's
data, which begins with ZIP code 405, would go to its own sheet. Macro?
This can definitely not be created with a formula. I suggest that you make
use of the macros.
