Turn tracking on.

Go to the properties on the server in Exchange System Manager (or if you
have a server policy go to the policy), check enable message tracking and
subject logging (optional) and set a time limit for removing log files. If
you need to keep the logging info longer make sure you implement a backup
strategy for the server.log folder where the logs will be kept.

If it's just Internet mail, then try the archive sink:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=871110

Or you can use message journaling to archive all mail, and not just Internet
mail:

Send/Receive Complete
This is a truly minor question that I have about Outlook 2002 on Windows = XP. When I click the Send/Receive button or press F9, the message = Send/Receive Complete appears in the lower right-hand corner of the = window almost immediately, but the animation - the little letter moving = between the two folders - keeps on going for anywhere between 6 to 8 = seconds afterward. I just got my iphone and Apple acknowledges problems with attachments sent from Outlook. I emailed my clients to make sure that the mail format options, are set to HTML and to double click my email address in contacts to change it to: Let Outlook decide. It works. However, I have 7 email addresses and sometimes I use an email which is not in my client’s address book. I they use reply, and I double click my email address in their reply, it shows up as rich mail format, which now explains to me why these emails show up as winmail.dat in the iphone. Send/receive has slowed to crawl
Running XP, SP3 and 2003 Outlook. I think this problem started after a recent PCTools update. I disabled the email virus scanning in PCTools and still have the problem. If I have very much mail to receive the connection to my provider times out and kills the download. It will take around 10 minutes to get 500kb, before this problem 500kb would load in 15-20 seconds. Any ideas where to start with this problem. Change Exchange to use ISP mail server
We are currently listed on the SORBS site and as a result we are unable to send mail to a certain domain. We ARE NOT an open realy and the resulting listing is simply because we are using our Exchange server to send mail and not sending it through our ISP mail server. While I think this is a rather harsh rule it means I have to reconfigure our server to send through our ISP mail server. Is this a simple as doing the following: Exchange Console Connection IMS Connections and then FORWARD ALL MESAGES TO HOST radio button? Once there simply giving it our ISP mail server name or IP?
