Log files filling disk up

We have an Exchange Server 2003 implementation.

It is generating 5MB logfiles every few minutes, and
within a few weeks is filling the available disk space.

Any advice on hoe these logfiles can be managed would be
much appreciated.

Thanks
Dave

Are you doing Exchange-aware full online backups?

Yes, Backup Exec 9, Exchange enabled, Database / Flush
Logs etc. I guess that's the way to clear logfiles etc
then?

Is there another way? Surely we should be able to flush /
clear logs at will?

Only a full or incremental online backup can clear logs. How often do
you backup?

Try using NTBACKUP to create an online backup. That should clear the log
files....
