Having problem with spoofing email

Our users just received multiple email from different users outside the 
company.  In the To: line, it shows his user name correctly but when he print 
those email, the To: line was showing somebody else name on the print out.  
Is there a way to block this behavior?  I'm using E2k3.  For some reason our 
spam (postini) didn't pick up these emails.

Help! Problem Referencing Excel 2003 in VB.NET
I am using Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition to develop some VB.NET code that manipulates Excel files. I am developing on a Vista/Excel 2007 machine, but I need the code to work on an XP/2003 machine as well. I initially set a reference to the Microsoft Excel 12.0 Object Library and imported the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel namespace. emails not showing up in deleted items until i do a find?
This just started happening a last week. Hello, I have a 3COM NBX phone system. It has the capability of sending an e-mail to a user with the voice message attached. That system is on my 10.1.x.x network. My exchange server is on my 10.3.x.x. network. There's a place in the NBX system to put the name of the SMTP server. I've tried both the email.mydomain.com and the IP address of the server. How can I change the time that it takes for message to shift from BOLD (unread) to PLAIN TEXT (as read) in my inbox. If I open MS OUTLOOK it will change within 30 seconds to PLAIN TEXT from BOLD appearing as read, even if I don't want to read them at that time.
