NETWORKDAY function problem
I have used the function that Chip Pearson has supplied on his website
which calculates the difference between 2 dates. My problem is just
when the first date I supply to the function is on the saturday or the
sunday then it adds another day to the result.
example : 28-MAY-05 08:30 till 30-MAY-05 11:15
The time I want is on the 30th (Monday) from 9:00 till 11:15 but I get
an extra day and 7 hours using the formula.
Workhours is from 08:00 till 17:00 on a week day.
If the time started is before 8:00 on a Saturday I can change it to the

I have a large list of assessments for a school. Each assessment ha
five levels and a count of students for each level - like so:

I am trying to create mulitple bar charts on separate tabs within one
workbook. The bar charts contain data on our product as well as data for a
set benchmark. I have one master file with all the data I need to create the
charts (located in the same workbook as the charts). The problem I am
running into is the master file changes from month to month. Products are
added and removed every month so the products/data I need to chart fall in
differnt rows from one month to the next.
Using the layout of the master file below as an example, the file might have

Cell A2 has a time that is entered, and cell A3 has an if function that
compared if(A1>A2,"","Do Something"). However, the if statement is true all
the time even if the time is cell A2 is a later time than A1. I changed the
format in cell A1 from a time format to a general and it turn out to be a
big number. Otherwise, I changed the time format in cell A2 into general
and it is a very small decimal number. How do I get around this, may with a

I think it's just a naming convention. I often use _ in front of a function
that calls another where I want the user to call the one without the _. I
think there is a GCOS version of _open that just replaces fopen but with
more options, but I don't think that is any sort of ...function

First time I've tried this. I have created the "WorkingDays2" function from
the mvp/access site. I Hope I did it correctly as it was my first.
Now, I want to use this function in a query to determine the working days
between two dates. I have my startdate and enddate fields and when I try to
calculate the difference the error message that returns tells me I have an
"Undefined Function Workingdays2 in Expression".
So, how do I define this function? What should I look for as an error in

I am running Officce Pro 2003 on XP Pro with all current updates. On a DB
that has not changed for more than 6 months, suddenly any attempt to run a
report causes Access to crash. I created a new DB with one dataless table
with 5 fields. WHen I aatempted to create a new report, Access crashed. I
tried uninstalling Acces and re-installing it with no success. It seems to
me that some system dll perhaps is corrupted. Anyone have any ideas?

You should be able to drill into the transaction by running the report as
Financial and Transaction and then continue to drill down until you get a

hey, im having trouble with one of these functions that im trying to
