Disable Secure Sockets Layer on exchange server when using RPC over HTTP

Hi im trying to enable RPC over HTTP to enable users to establish contact to
my Excahger server 2003 over the internet.

Now, I dont want to use SSL (security not that important) and i am told by
this article that i can disable SSL in windows registry.

Quote:
Note While RPC over HTTP does not require Secure Sockets Layer, you must
modify the registry to enable RPC over HTTP if you do not want to use Secure
Sockets Layer. Microsoft recommends that you enable and require Secure
Sockets Layer for your RPC over HTTP communications.

At this address: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=833401

But i dos not mention where to edit this...Anyony can help me out?

Regards Anders

Did you install/configure SSL and a certificate already?
Why is "security not that important" ?
It sure would be to me.

No i havent installed a certificate sine i dont want to use SSL. There are
serval resaons. Eg. I dont want to get a real certificate. Second. We are a
gruop of friends who actually dont bother if people want to sniff out mail.
I would actually find that quite amusing. :)

Anyway. Maybe ill go for the SSL solution. But is it POSSIBLE not to use
SSL? The artcile says that it is. I just dont know where.

Thanks in regards
Anders

Most recommended Exchange book?
I was wondering if you guys could recommend me a good "must have" Exchange 2003 reference book to keep around the office. SQL Back-end / Access Front-end using linked tables????
I have a backend that contains tables that I pull Driver information, Customer information , etc. (these are MAS 200 accounting software tables that are exported nightly to the SQL backend). I might not have this set- up correctly, but I'm linking all tables on the back end to the Access database on the front end. Second SMTP Server
I have two Exchange servers in the same domain. They are in two separate admin groups. They are on two separate subnets. Inter-Organizational mail works fine. They have one routing group connector between the two. These two servers are on opposite sides of the globe. Server 1 is in the U.S. and sends Internet addresses SMTP directly to its destination just fine. Server 2 is in Europe, and will not send Internet addressed SMTP mail at all. The mail just sits in a queue, and says retry. This appears to be a two fold problem. 1. Server 2 does not send the Internet addressed SMTP mail to S...

Exchange 2007: M-drive possible?
