I've found that the easiest way is to go into the mailboxes with Outlook and
create rules to reply using the "have the server respond..." choice. This,
unfortunately, is probably how you did it in 5.5 as well.

two copies of every email in crm3
Hi Whenever a user sends an email message from within a crm3 account as an activity, two instances of the original message subsequently appear in "history." how do i ensure that only 1 instance of an email is kept? many thanks in advance This does happens if you sent an email from one Crm user to another. If this is the case you can avoid this by going to Settings > Organization Settings > System Settings and on the tab E-mail Tracking set the second radio button (Exclude e-mail) to Yes. If it is not user to user mail the above won't change that. -- Patrick Verbe...

Blank HTML Emails
In Outlook 2003 I can't seem to read html emails from users using outlook 2000 and 2002. Viewing source shows that the message is truncated. However if I view the same message in OWA or Outlook 2000 it shows up fine. I've narrowed it down to it being a unicode ascii issue, but I can't figure out how to get 2003 to recognize that the email is ascii and not unicode. Apparently it's reading each byte in wide character format therefore removing have of the message. If anyone has seen this or knows how to resolve it please respond. Cy ...

Auto calc
When i enter a fraction as 10/5 it automatically calculates it to 2. Is there a way to automatically calculate something like 2.89/5 and have it calculate it as .578? Any help is greatly appreciated. If you enter 10/5 in most settings of Excel that would be interpreted as a date, like May 10. If you enter =10/5 it would be interpreted as a formula and show the result, 2. If you enter =2.89/5 you'll probably see .578 -- Kind regards, Niek Otten "Jkalsch" <Jkalsch@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1E53D7AC-239F-48CC-8CE6-A3AD6222A941@microsoft.com... | W...

Block <img src=> in html formatted emails in OL2000
