Track changes #2

Hello All

Is tere any way of having the Track Changes option set to Yes as default -
so that all new excel files have this set automatically?

I am currently using Office97, but would upgrade if this was necessary.

Thanks for any help.

We just need to block an external mail address for one particular internal user in SBS2000. pse help.
