Changing RecordSource Causes A Reload of Sub Form Destroying References
Apologies for posting in two newsgroups but after I originally posted it in forms I realized this
should have been posted here (formscoding) instead.
This only happens on some machines. It has occurred on a PC running Windows XP SP3 and a MAC
running Windows. I have been unable to reproduce it on other PCs running Windows XP SP3, Vista or
Windows 7. On the machines that have the problem it always occurs.
I have a form with a sub form control. The control's SourceObject is changed depending on the

For example I have a textbox unbound with the value for example 999
and when the value have changed then event needs to be triggered.
While the BeforeUpdate event doesn't work for unbound controls, the

Assuming your third column is column "C" and that you would want to change

I have a Bank of America checking and savings with the Keep the Change
feature, where my debit card charges are rounded up to the next dollar, with
the difference being deposited into my savings. What type of category should
I place this in?
I would just list it as a transfer, but when my accounts update online, it
places a charge on the checking and a deposit on the savings account.
What is the best way to list this to keep track of the savings properly?

I've got a workbook with several worksheets (some hidden). I'd like to
use "custom views" to basically set the print/page setup for each
worksheet---the setup varies per sheet. Custom view allows me to do
this, but it also unhides the worksheets.
Is there anyway to keep a Custom View from hidding/unhiding a
worksheet? I tried saving the view with the sheet hidden and unhidden,
but when I select the view, it shows everything as the view was saved.

I just discovered an AR problem from last year where a customer made a
payment at a store last year and it does not appear in HQ. I checked the
Payment table at the store and in HQ, and the payment is only in the store
database. On the account tab of the customer, it appears at the store, but
not at HQ.
How can I fix this and how could this have happened?
I also found another issue in the same account. The opposite also occurred.

The first conditional format is "=MOD(ROW(),2)=0". This auto shades every
other row and fixs the rows color so if I do a sort the rows will still be
shaded every other row.
The second Conditional Format is to color the font red if less than 0.
However, if a negitive number is in a row that has been shaded, the font will
not trun red, in the other rows the negatives are red.
What can I do to have both the shaded cell and red negative numbers?

I send data (percentages) to Excel with 1 decimal. The number before
send to excel is 1.2%. When send to Excel the number becomes 1.20%.

In windows classic theme, everything is OK, but if the windows theme

I'm using mail merge in publisher and accessing data in access. However the
data in access in showing one date format (english NZ) my regional settings
are showing as (english NZ) but when the data is mailmerged into publisher it
changes to a US format 10/22/05 instead of 22/10/05. I can't figure out why.
If I do the same mailmerge in Office it keeps the correct format which leads
