Auto-update Fill Series in column that has randomly spaced blank c
I have a worksheet of projects listed by quarter. A cell (say A6) contains
QTR 1, followed by cells in column A filled with a series (1,2,3...say up to
12). Then comes a blank row followed by a row containing words "QTR 2" and
then the fill series continues from where it left under QTR 1 i.e.
13,14,15...say up to 18. And so on for QTR 3 and QTR 4.
When a new project is added, I want to be able to add a row and with minimal
steps, want the fill series below this added new project, to update.
When I delete a row (project), I want the fill series to automatically ...Copy Public Folders
Is there a way to copy/export the public folder(s) to local drive?
you can drag the items in the folder to a folder in a pst file or a folder
on the hard drive.

Anyone know how to sort a pivot table by a specific field (not the
total sum of the fields)?
For instance, if I have 5 years of data 2002-6 and 20 countries. If I
make a pivot table of these I get 21 rows (the countries + total) and
6 columns for years (5 years of data + total). If I use the Field
Settings --> Advanced --> Sort by field the Pivot table (PT) will be
sorted by the sum of the different fields. What if I don't want this,
but rater want to sort it by for instance year 2003. How do I do that?

How do I get Excel to either automatically backup to hard drive and cd-rw, or

already have auto save setup but backup file goes to same hard drive folder

This Word macro auto-saves a copy to a floppy drive. You should be able to

I'm having an issue of not being able to create a new mailbox. I can
go through the process of creating the user in AD Users & Computers
and everything is successfull. I can even see the user in the GAL. But
I cannot access the mailbox by opening it nor does it show up in
system manager even after sending a message to the mailbox. I do have
full permissions to the mailbox. It seems like it is not being created
even though the recipient policy seems to be working because it does
generate an address for the account.

Apparently there is a way to do thi within outlook.
There isn't anyway to do that with Outlook.
You could do it with WinRAR, or search for a program on google called
HJSplit. Winzip can create files like that too, but I prefer WinRAR.

client contact information. I know that there is a way to assign
permissions (Owner, Editor, etc) to the other Exchange users. I did
this once or twice when we were on Exchange 5.5. How would I do that on
Exchange 2003? It is in the Exchange Tasks of each user in AD? Is it
something in the Exchange console that I am missing?

If you modified an existing check layout, you want to make sure to give
users access to the modified check via Advanced Security or Security,

We all have two mailboxes in outlook, one is server mailbox, another one is
pst file store in local pc.
We have the email synchronize problem in junk mail folder that some of the
junk mail auto synchronize to local pc mailbox but some of the junk mail
received in server mailbox.
Why some of the junk mail cannot receive in local pst mailbox?

I think we may have had this question before.
All of a sudden the folders on the left hand side of the screen have
disappeared. (i.e. In box, sent items, out box etc.) I can bring them back
manually everytime I log on to Windows Mail, but they used to appear
automatically when I start up and this is not happening for some reason.
