To save confusion I would rather the user is not prompted to save the file
I've tried application.displayAlerts = False in the Workbook BeroreClose
but no joy so far.

I have seen a strange behaviour in the SFA. Scenario:
- Email sent through Outlook normail way
- Promoted to CRM from Sent Items
- When the user replies to the reply the email is saved in draft and not in
sent items. It seems that other later replies is saved into sent items.

Just upgraded to IE8 a few weeks ago. I am having a problem with the saves

property for each control (Comboboxes, Textboxes & a Check box) in the

I would like to ensure that my staff save emails in the relevant folders
once they have been read. Is there any way that I can set Outlook 2000 to

If you save your workbook to .xlsx, rename the file to a .zip file extension,
open it up, go to the xl folder, you will see a chart1.xml file that
represents just the chart with cached values.
