Customer Reports by "Month" Criterion
I wasn't able to get RMS to generate customer reports by the "Month"
criterion, using one of the custom definable DATE fields. Some businesses
keep track of their customers DOBs and it would be very useful for them to
run a report and get a list of all customers born, say in the month of July.
I searched thru the KB at PartnerSource, and all I found was article 869845
issued for QuickSell 2000, which basically uses a numeric field to to assign
a value for each month of the year. For businesses with a large customer
list, that could be quite a task.

...Outlook 2002 Custom Auto Formatting not working!
I created cutom rules to color my tasks differently
according to the first two letters of the category name.
The coloring worked correctly in Outlook 2000 .. but since
upgrading to 2002 the formatting does not work! It seems
to only be when formatting according to category .. any
other field is happy. Here's an example rule:
All personal related categories start with the suffix 'p-
' .. so for financial I have 'p-financial'. To color all
personal categories blue in the task list I use the rule:

I have a client that has HQ and 2 stores and when a clerk enters a new
customer the the email field is "greyed out", but other fields are fine. This
happens at random times. They can create new customers all day and then all
sudden the email field is greyed out for one customer, but the next new
customer is fine. I checked the security level settings and their is none
set. I recently deleted duplicate customers using a script I got from MS tech
support and I not sure that could of cause the problem.

You *can* change the colors of the legend elements.
The easiest way:
Display the chart you want to change.
Click any data series (bar, pie piece, whatever) once.
Click the 'pie slice' whose legend color you want to
change once more - don't double-click - just click once

One way to do this is to set half inch margins, and move the controls across
the page in the Format even of the Page Header section.

I am working on a VBA Access pplication which connects to a SQL Server
I have a continuous form displayed with data, ad it is linked to a
database table, so when I enter a value from my form the data in
instantaneously updated in the database.

I have an Excel/Word VBA app and I need to be able to customize the popup
(right click) menu on an Excel tab so I can add a custom command to insert my
own custom worksheet. I can only find ways to alter the regular menu bar, but
not the popup.
Can anyone tell me how to do so linked to an item to perform a macro or sub
routine. Is there a place to edit such menus or does it need to be done with
code, and if the latter, how?

Toolbar customizations are stored in an *.xlb file, the name and
location of which depends on your version of Excel and Windows.
