Thanks for replying; I only saw this today whilst looking for
something else. I've put your suggestion in, and it's spot-on. Now: is
there a way to minimise the form? With the setup as is, the form sits
behind the main work application on screen; the only way to call it
back is to either Start>Documents>name, or Alt+Tab.

It's not really important, more out of interest, really.

Thanks

Not that I know.

But I'd just drag the userform by its title bar to someplace out of the way.

Re-calculation causes Excel to not respond
I have an issue where whenever the cells on a worksheet are selected for re-calculation, it gets "stuck" at 0% and causes Excel to stop responding. The spreadsheet is designed to do the following: - First worksheet lifts data from another spreadsheet via link function. - Second worksheet calculates totals based on the data in the first worksheet. For example, calculations include things like: =SUMIF('First Worksheet'!D:D,"Michael",'First Worksheet'!I3:I65535) This is done to sum all of Michael's entries and is repeated for each person. There is then...

Suggestion re: Restricted Access Mode
I've noticed a number of people here, myself included, having trouble with the restricted user account. Users with the restricted account are frequently administrators within Active Domain and would logically assume that their login will be fine to perform tasks related to crm on the server while not actually logged in to crm. For me this resulted in being able to create a number of workflows just fine and then finding that they wouldn't run. Trying to diagnose the problem was rather frustrating since I couldn't see the logs on the workflow monitor and couldn't figur...

Outlook continually propting for autodiscover password, need to re
Outlook 2010 is continually popping up a credentials box that's asking me over and over to enter a password for an autodiscovery process, but the server (autodiscover.ihostexchange.com) is not the server associated with my account. How can I modify configuration in order to stop these requests? The ihostexchange server is related to an old account I had at another provider in the past. Note that Outlook picked up on that fact after a fresh install of Office, and I had to manually configure for my actual email account/service after autodiscover failed trying to reach the old s...

Multiple Forms for Data Entry; re-loading data
Hi All, I have 15 forms set up to enter data in Excel which then gets stored in a hidden worksheet in the workbook. Right now it is set up so that the user can scroll through all 15 forms, enter the data, and then they are prompted to save to the database, which copies all the data over and erases the forms. I think it will be useful to allow them to re-load the data they've already entered, in case they need to make changes. So I'm imagining some kind of drop box or something that will display all the IDs associated with the information they've entered, and then they...

Question for Ken Sheridan re conditional warning message
Ken - On March 2 you kindly gave me some advice re the code to use to produce a warning message box if certain conditions were met on opening a record. It worked beautifully on a simple little test mdb but now I'm trying to put it into our corporate database and it errors. I think it's something to do with the fact that the values that it checks against are coming from another table and I may not have got the syntax correct. I took note of your advice re combos and referenced tables but couldn't resolve it. It may be because my structure is a bit messy, as bits have been adde...
