Change of recipient/sender display name
Environment :- Windows 2003 x64 with exchange 2007 (All in one role)
Outlook client :- 2003, 2007
We have created a list of mail contacts (which under GAL) in exchange
2007, these mail contacts are associates with external email address,
each of contact has a naming standard for display name, for example,
display name is HD Finance Manager, external email address is

I have Publisher 2003 on an XP OS and trying to print a newsletter with 2
pages per tabloid size paper. I was able to do this OK with Publisher 2000.
It seems that the 2003 version does not have a "Book fold" option for the
layout. The Print Preview looks OK and shows page 6 and 1 for the layout.
For layout I choose "Booklet". What I get is page 6 and 1 on 1/2 of the
11x17 paper. Help!

If you are, you are running out of printer memory.
Have a look in the properties of the printer driver, and change the settings
from Vector...R squared not the same in graph and spread sheet.
I have an X-Y plot displayed with a trend line equation and R squared. I
also calculate R squared (RSQ) and the numbers are not the same; 0.8918
and 0.928. Can someone explain this (Excel 2010 and Windows 7)?

Print area is set, print preview displays selection, always on far left of

To get your printout to center on the page chose Page Layout, click the
Page Setup quick launch button (bottom right corner of the Page Setup group).
Choose the Margins tab, click Horizontal.
There is no command to right align a printout, but you can change the left
margin to force the printout to the left.

When someone responds to an my email, I can see what they have typed - until
I open the message - then only my original message is viewable. The preview
pane shows new message text when email arrives, hoever when the email is
opened the preview text disappears - and I just see the earlier part of the
message which I had sent.
If I mark it as unread it does not return to the previous state.
This seems to happen on email responses that people have received and
answered from a webmail service not that they downloaded and opened in
outlook on their PC

Hi, I'm new to Outlook administration. We run Outlook on a server wit
Exchange. Is it possible to setup Outlook on client PC's so that th
preview pane cannot be activated by individual users?
Also, can the blocking of "read receipts" by individual PC users b
prohibited within Outlook, at the server level? If not, is there an
other way to do it?
My reasoning for wanting to do the above two things is to make th
"read receipts" function work more effectively.

I have a user who is having an issue when attempting to print a selection of

The current worksheet row limit of 65536 is not expected to be increased in
the immediately foreseeable future.
To import your database to Excel, it would therefore be necessary to pass
64k tranches to each of four worksheets.

Reading past postings it appears others too are having serious problems with

if using Data Validation to create your drop down list the easiest way is to
range name column F in sheet 2
(go to sheet 2, click on F, click in name box (left hand side of formula
bar) type name (no spaces), press enter)
then click in Sheet1!A13, choose Data / Validation, choose List - click IN
the big white box, press you F3 key to bring up list of names in workbook,
choose the name, click OK, click OK again and it should work fine.

Best to use Word for the mailmerge operation and select the 4 labels to print

I have created several mailing labels using SQL Reporting services and am
attempting to print them with a Intermec pd-41 label printer. Every time a
report is Printed the size settings for the job changes to 1.5w 4h instead of
