Save a Copy/Overwrite changes dialog box

All of a sudden, this dialog box pops up every time I want to save something 
in Excel 2002.  The box says,

"The file '<file name>' may have been changed by another user since you last 
saved it.  In that case, what do you want to do?

__ Save a Copy
__ Overwrite changes

even though I'm the only user that's changed anything in the past 3 years.  
The shared workbook command has not been changed at all, so that can't be the 
problem.  The settings are the same as the ones I have at home for personal 
spreadsheets that don't have this dialog box.

What's wrong with Excel in office XP? When I copy information from worksheet and try to paste them in a new worksheet, Excel will paste whole different text in the new worksheet? Using Access 2007. If I have one instance of Access already opened to database#1, then attempt to open another Access db (database#2), I get "Permission Denied". This happens whether I try to Shell out to it, or try using Windows Explorer to open it. Now the twist! If I start db#1, then try to start db#3, it works! There's something about db#2 that makes the Shell command believe that opening it isn't allowed. Now the second twist!! After clicking through the "Permission Denied" error msg, db#2 STILL OPENS! Using Outlook XP Let's say I send someone an e-mail attachment or someone sends me one - Either way. (For example: an Excel spreadsheet or a Word document) I open it and make some changes to the file. text box filter by form
For some reason that I just can't explain, a text box on a form associated with a single primary key field behaves unexpectedly when I do a filter-by-form. Instead of listing all of the records from the source table as choices in combo box mode, I only see "Is Null" and "Is Not Null" as choices. Excel crashes after copy and paste of charts
Hello, I am using Excel 2002 and Micsosoft Windows 2000 Professional. In my excel file I first create two sheets, one with only one chart an another with two charts, then copy and paste the charts into worddocument. Then I remove the sheets. I do this over and over in loop, and after about 60 times (this varies) I get the message: "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. Combo box to control two sub forms
I have a combo box on a form that I want to control the data viewed in two sub forms. The combo box list months in the mmm format. One of the sub forms is requests that have been approved with the date (mmm-yy) the other sub form is requests that have been denied with the date (mmm-yy). Outlook 2003 hangs when saving an Office document opened as an attachment
Hello, When a user opens a office document attachment from an email in outlook 2003, they are immediately able to see and edit this document. There seems to be an issue, however, when the user goes to File > Save As.... in word, excel, or whichever office product is in use. Outlook saves its temporary files to the temporary internet files folder on the local (c:) drive. It takes approximately 60 seconds for the dialog box to populate so the user can change the folder where they would like the document to be saved. This was an upgrade install from Office 2000. Moving mailboxes from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 changes size
When we move mailboxes from Exchange 2000 server to Exchange 2003 server it increases the mailbox size which causes issues with our users. Hi, I have legacy code that has a structure which has several CTime data members. These data structs were written using VC6. When I try to reade these same structs using VC7.1 (.Net 2003) I get errors, because the CTime class now has a 8 byte rather than a 4 byte data member. problems with charts copied into Word 2000

Track Changes in 2007 deleting large portions of text
We have a document where 3 team members are making updates in revision marks. We are not updating at the same time.
