I have 2 major problems that I just cannot seem to be able to resolve.
When using the mail merge template to do a quote it seems that there
are only a very limited range of "fields" that are made available to
the user. These DO NOT include the actual accounts "Address" only
shipping and billing address - 99% of our clients don't use these
address's so all our data is in "Address_line1" etc
Neither do the fields for "product description" appear in the list
only the products name. All our quotes have always included a short
four or five line desc...transfer data from multiple columns to singlr column

it is not possible to add leading zeros to a numeric value. Mathematically,
this is redundent and unnecessary.

I know I can change the column, row and preview font size for the current
email folder's view, but how do I do it for all of the email folders? I have
loads of email addresses each with lots of folders. I don't want to have to
do each one at a time. Surely there must be a default font setting (even if
it's only in the registry)?

at the project level to show when a project has at least one task that is

I am using Outlook 2002 with SP3, and i have not had any problems up
until a week ago. My password does not seem to save even though i have typed
it in correctly in the e-mail acct settings ,and have checked "save
password. It saves it as long as i have Outlook open, but as soon as i close

I'd like to be able to input values to a custom report like the Year. Is
there any way to package a custom report and provide input to it? Every year
the user has to go into the custom report and change the Year restriction.
Alternatively, (this is a payroll report), is there any global variable or
some other back door that I can use to get the current year in a custom
report? Given the report writer may not be the ticket what would the
recommendation be to create custom reports that require input? VB.NET?

I have created a 3 page newsletter. Now, I have NO IDEA how to send it out
as an email. I do not want to send it as an attachment. I cannot figure out
which "save as" format or what I need to do so that i can email this
newsletter. Is there a website that goes through how to do this?
Am I correct when I say that it has to be html in order for me to send it as
email? That is not one of the options.

an Access database, using the database to provide x,y
coords for instances of a Master shape. It seems I need
to run the wizard twice, first to link a master, then to
generate the drawing. The first bit appears to work OK,
but when I do the second bit, Visio says that there is no
master in the stencil that it can use. But I know the
master is connected, because if I modify the database,
then refresh the shapes, they change accordingly.
Does anyone have any idea why this isn't working for
