Delete Filtered Rows

I have done a complex filter, and now I want to delete
the filtered list from the worksheet. Is there a way to
do this? I know I can copy the list, but I want to
either delete or hide the rows that met my criteria.

Select them all, do Edit / Go To / Special / Visible cells only, then do Edit /
Delete / Entire Row
