some users can't see full price list

I have 80 products in a price list - I can see them all - some of my users
can only see 50. Is it something on his user privileges or security settings?
(I wasn't aware of making any of the products different when I constructed
the price list.)

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Sorry if this seems daft, but if users are seeing exactly 50 products it
could just be due to Records per Page setting for each user under Tools,

New Users can't send email
New users created in active directory and automatically given a new mailbox (Ex2k3) and email can send and recieve email inside the office, but they can't send or recieve email outside of the office. Migrated users (5.5) are not haveing this problem. I believe that I have migrated everyone correctly and I have removed the old 5.5 server (however, an SMTP connector still exists in the queue for the old server). I don't know what to do. Can anyone help? Do the new users have an email address that can be addressed from outside ? Have you tried removing the old SMTP connector ? ---...

list box controls
I have a userform list box - the data it is using to populate the list box contains part numbers - some of which are text and some of which are numbers. How do I set it so no matter what type of part number is selected, it will show as text? Thanks in advance. One way would be to apply the CStr function to each value of the ListBox as you use it. For example Range("A1") = CStr(ListBox1.Value) Or if MultiSelect Range("A1") = CStr(ListBox1.List(0) The CStr function forces the data to string type and if it is already string type it ignores it. To-do list
In Outlook 2007, I can't find a way to show a short summary of my e-mail inbox on my Calendar page, similar to the way Outlook shows a To-do list of calendar items on my Mail page. It would save me a lot of switching back and forth. If there is a way, please tell me. If not, maybe you could consider adding it to the next version of Outlook. Otherwise, I love the program. -- BB ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Calendar missing from Outlook Folder List
Hello, I have 3 users whose pc's were recently reimaged to WinXP with Outlook 2003 as part of the image. The team who did the reimage basically copies their old Outlook profile (from the Win2K image) incorporates it into the WinXP image. Since the reimage, all 3 users have the calendar missing from their Outlook folder list. So far, I haven't been able to find anything in Outlook help or Technet that addresses this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Jim Cesarini Jim Cesarini <jim.cesarini@ssa.gov> wrote: > I have 3 users whose pc's were recently re...

hide GAL to domain users
Is possible to hide tha GAL to domain users?! Organization is a single AD forest with a domain root and many subdomain (not multi-domain, not hosting environment). Thanks all Hi The trouble with this is that Outlook clients do a GAL lookup to find the clients mailbox. How about configuring a Seperate GAL for each domain, then hiding the "Main org GAL". Outlook Mail: creating a quick mail list?
In my previous version of Outlook, I somehow created a new button for my "Mail" section that contained the 4 or 5 most frequently used e-mail addresses. When I wanted to e-mail one of these people, all I had to do was click on the drop-down menu and then click on the specific person, which then created a new untitled message form addressed to that person.
