Sales & Workflow Not running automatically
Hi, I've created some sales and workflows that are supposed tu run when either a Lead (workflow) is created and also when a New Opportunity is created, but they dont 'run-automatically' when they are created... In order for them to work, I have tu manually apply the rule... Why is it doing this? I want it to run by itself!. Thanks. Carlos Hi, Assuming that you have activated the workflow then there must be an error in the process. Can you elaborate on the rule and what triggers it? Regards Pete. Case Workflow E-mail to Primary Contact
We work with "Accounts" and "Contacts". Each "Account" has a primary contact and a number of other contacts associated to it. A Case is created whenever a Contact calls us with a problem. Using a Case E-mail Template and Workflow we send out an E-mail when the case is created. The E-mail goes to our internal Users and the Contact providing details of the case. What I would like to do is have the Primary Contact of the Contacts Account (Company) also receive a copy of the E-Mail but appear limited by the available Workflow E-mail recipients. All suggrestions...

Send As Permissions #2
Can you someone tell me how to prevent users how are members of distribution lists / groups from sending email as those groups? (I hope to avoid using deny permissions and instead remove the appproporate allow permissions if I can identify them) Also, all of my users are able to send as each other, though the send as permissions have not been defined? Can anyone help with a way to identify how this is happening or a way to prevent it? The only permissions that I've seen and consider suspect are entries for the 'mailservers$' with allow permissions to everything. I don't...

Create Folders/Append Data permission not working as expected
Hello everyone I have a Windows Server 2003 file server with a shared folder to which a number of additional users have recently been granted access. I have now been advised by one of the data owners that they don't want any of the "new" users adding or removing folders in order to maintain the folder structure. The new users are allowed to add, delete and modify files. I set up a new group for the data owners giving them Full Control over the shared folder, and edited the Advanced NTFS permissions for the existing group (of which the new users are now members...

So I set the owners of records to the respective employees, but they can still see all the records from all users. Can I restrict the views (ie active contacts) to only the respectiv...

Restrict internal user mailbox
Hi all, How to restrict internal user can't send and received from outside? Pls advise! Follow the steps outlined below: 1.. Create a group called InternalOnly. 2.. Create a recipient policy that gives them a fake SMTP address. i.e. @fake.domain. Leave the X400 address alone so they can receive internal mail. 3.. Drill down through Routing Groups > Group Name > Connectors > SMTP internet connector(s), choose its properties. Choose the Delivery Restrictions tab, and under "reject", add this group. Do this for each connector. 4.. Follow the steps in KB2...
