How do you change text from lowercase to uppercase text?
The format painter won't do it and the font options do not
include uppercase. Thanks for help.

The problem is that the MsgBox is flashed so quickly on the screen, the user
can barely see it let alone respone to it. How do I temporarily suspend
the execution so that this prompt can be displayed and the user can respond?

Message retries? Are you asking about the retry interval that the SMTP
server uses to attempt to deliver a message locally or to another server?
This is on the SMTP virtual server's properties - look on the Delivery

Now when I try to change owners of an Account or Contact I get an
error message "Invalid Argument" and I can't change the owner. I am

Sounds like the deployment has developed a problem during your upgrade.
Your first point in trying to look into the issue is to check the

image of a form (e.g. using PrintScreen or Screen Capture software).
I know one can regularly clear the clipboard but this does not protect
against Screen Capture software that uses GetDesktopWindow() or GetDC

I have about 50 worksheets and the employees will be updating there own
worksheet. Some like to change the size of the worksheet by zooming out
which makes it hard for me to read. Is there a way that I can set the
zooming to a specific percent and then no let anybody change it?
I think I'd let the other users do whatever they found comfortable.

Worksheets typically display in the full screen view. For some reason
worksheets in a specific excel file are all displaying is view that only
takes up about a third of the screen.
I have tried View > full Screen which does not expand the size of the
worksheet. It expands the Excel program to consume the entire window.
