Online screen changes not offline

We made some screen changes (added fields and moved fields) to our crm 
screens.  The changes are there in IE and look great.  

Our SFO people don't get the screen updates.  New Installs have the changes, 
but our existing users don't.  Even when the SFO people go 'online', they 
don't have the updates (looks like it's pulling the screens locally).  Of 
course, if the SFO people use ie, the updates are there.  BTW. The SFO users 
appear to sync cleanly.

How do I sync the screen updates to my laptop/SFO folks?

Try clearing the cache of forms on the SFO machines. In Outlook go to:
Tools > Options > 'Other' tab > Advanced Options > Custom Forms > Manage 
Forms > Then click on each type of form in the list and click the 'Clear 
Cache' button for each one. Close this window and then close Outlook and 
reopen it.

Thanks, but that didn't resolve the problem.

My ID is a member of the Domain Administrators and I'm in the CRM 
Administrator's role.

Testing process:
- Made change on one of the tabs in Opportunity (removed a field)
- Published changes and restarted IIS at the server
- Verified changes in IE on another machine
- Started Outlook (SFO) and verifyed offline didn't have change.
- Went Online: Changes not there (pulling local files)
- Went Offline: "Only Sync Data from my business unit" & "Include 
Attachments in the Information to me offline" checked (Note: Sales Literature 
and FastSync NOT checked).  No error noted during sync.
- Verifed opportinity change: Change in opportunity on tab NOT there.

I also tried, when Online (under the Tools menu), to Synchronize (same check 
items as above): Changes not downloaded.

After a good day or more of testing, here's what seems to work:
- Customize the form (opportunity in my case), publish and restart IIS 
(verify changes there in IE)
- Bring Outlook up (assuming SFO offline)
- Go online (changes weren't there)
- Exit Outlook w/SFO online
- Bring Outlook up 
- Now changes there
- Can go offline and changes will be there.

The key is: If start Outlook while ONLINE, the changes will be there.  
Anyone know another way to get customization down to the laptop without 
double-clutching outlook?

Hi,

I found that when making form changes, after deploying it and
restarting IIS, you have to open up outlook (close it if it was open)
and then click on the root microsoft CRM folder (not on accounts or any
other of the sub folders). You will notice the first time you click on
it, it takes longer to load than usual, and during this time it seems
to synchronise any form changes.

Changing from POP to IMAP
I originally set up a GoDaddy hosted email account as POP. In the past year I've created many, many folders under the PERSONAL folder. I now want to change the GoDaddy account to an IMAP based account. Paste a print screen in Outlook Web Access
A user of mine said they were previously able to press the print screen key, then past that snap shot into the body of Outlook Web Access 2003 email, using IE7. I never used it so I tried and saw i was unable to do so in OWA, try to right click with the mouse in the body and no paste button. How can I turn of zooming so that users can't change size of work.
I have about 50 worksheets and the employees will be updating there own worksheet. Some like to change the size of the worksheet by zooming out which makes it hard for me to read. Local Data Group
I'm familiar with creating Local Data Groups in Outlook. With the Offline client, a Local Data Group is automatically created to sync the owners contacts with the offline database.
