Custom resources times in 07
I can't find where to set the available times on a resource room.
For instance if the conference room A is only available from 9:00am to
5:00pm on a daily basis, where can I control this to ensure meeting
are not scheduling at 8:00am?
I thought in 03 you would open the resource mailbox and set this in
calender options from within the Outlook client, is that the same case
here? I would be lead to believe not, since the AD user is disabled
as a result of it being a resource.

I have a graph with three series all pulling from another spread sheet.
the first series plots correctly on the y axis
the second series plots higher up on the y axis instead of at corresponding
values on the y axis. It appears the second series is being added to the
first and plotted at the combined values.
when I look at the plot point for the second series; for example $25000
is being plotted at $50000 on the Y axis even though it is saying $25000.

R...Invites not being added to diaries when accepted (Outlook 2007)
When sending out monthly invites the invites are not all being added
to the diaries when accepted. Also on changing one single invite on a
recurrence it seems to change all other invites.
On another matter, is there a way of adding multiple dates on diary
invites rather than daily, weekly or monthly, i.e. for meetings that
follow no pattern.

I've done some reading and research but cannot seem to find a concise
solution to my dilema. I use a Microsoft Exchange server for Outlook.
1. I would like to be able to read my mail offline when I don't have
access to the server
2. I would also like to be able to limit the amount of mail on the

Can you map a flow in Visio by assigning data by parent/child IDs?
I want to create text that offers selections (Do you want assistance? Yes,
No). Depending on the user's selection, they link to a specific shape
(child) containing more text with additional selections. This flow may
change weekly by adding or deleting shapes. Rather than rearranging and
linking the shapes, can you just enter parent/child data, and then Visio will
update the text and remap the flow?
If Visio can't do this, is there any software that can?
...Twin Personal Folders
In the Folders List in Outlook 2003, I have a twin Personal Folders showing.
The second is ide ntical with the first (including all sub-folders) and
anything I do in Outlook is mirrored in both!
I checked everything I could think of in Data Files and Options, but cannot
set this right. There is only one Personal Folders listed in Data Files
It does not hamper operations at all but is just a bit disconcerting.
This suddenly came up from a few days ago - earlier I could see only one
Personal Folders with all sub-folders listed under it.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

If I initiate the Touch Screen display in Store Operations POS (by CTRL-F6,
set up the desired displays, and then OK) and then scan in an item for sale,
a dialog pops up asking to accept requested, backorder, etc.
After clicking or pointing to 'accept requested' the item is added to the
list of items in the 'body section' but the Touch Screen menus disappear. I
need to use CTRL-F6 to get the Touch Display Menus back on Screen.

of someone who would have the same permissions. The problem is now I can't
seem to find an option to create a mailbox. Under "Exchange Tasks" the only

Did you create the user on a Domain Controller or server that had the
AD tool on it but did not have the Exchange System Manager on it? That
happens in my environment, so I have to be sure to only create users on
