Need to change to Service account for CRM

Becuase of some problems on our system, I now have the need to changed
the service account for the CRM System. Does anyone have a procedure or
is there a method to make the change easily. Can I just create a new
Account and set the services to use the new Account.

There are two steps:

1. Create the new service account, and add the account to all required 
groups on CRM server, SQL server and in AD as per Implementation Guide

2. Set the CRM services to use the new account

Though this seems like a drastic step, I would actually recommend uninstalling
CRM and then reinstalling and use the exisint database.  The reason is that the
install will ensure tha tthe service account is delegated the proper rights in
AD to support ongoing admin access of the app.  I have seen many an issue where
the service account didn't have the proper rights and it's a bear to bebud down
the road.

Excel 2007 Need to permanently change Normal settings for gridlines
I am using Excel 2007 for the first time and find the gridlines delineating the cells are so faint as to be nearly indistinguishable. I can go into the cell formatting and modify the normal style, and it is just the way I want it. CRM do not recognize different character set encoding for incoming e-mail???

Sending e-mail to external recipient

Exchange server recovery advice needed
Folks We have been hit by a relatively big disk crash and I have to rebuild our exchange 2003 (SP1) server Fortunately I have a fully working backup but I still need to "replay" some LOG files as we only do weekly "full" snapshot. Cannot stop using online services with First Tech Credit Union
My bank, First Tech Credit Union, recently upgraded their online banking services. This upgrade also included a change to the user name and password used for online banking in Money 2006. Using Integration manager i am able to insert fixed allocation accounts for general ledger. However, if i have to make changes to these accounts, say if i want to change percentages and then update the old percentages with the new ones, the updates fail when i use Integration Manager.
