Moving users to new business unit

I setup one main business unit and have 3 users assigned to it.  We are now 
looking into getting CRM for another one of our companies, but do not want 
the users of these 2 companies to see each other's contacts etc.  I have 
setup 2 new business units, each children of the one parent.  If I move user 
A (whom can read all, edit all contacts is db right now) into New Unit 1, 
will they still be able to have all the same access?

If I create a NEW user under New Unit 2, will that user be able to see the 
contacts for User A?  Basically it comes down to is how to restrict complete 
access by Unit (not user).  Can we mass assign/apply security to contacts 
other than 250 at a time?  We have thousands.

you do not apply security to records such as contacts. Instead security is 
controlled by the busines units and also the users security roles.

If you move users to 2 different business units then give them business unit 
level access they will not be able to see records in each others business 
units

Moving Emails to a Public Folder
Hi, I have Exchange 2003 automatically forwarding anything sent to several email addresses to one public folder. The problem is that these items appear in the public folder with the "Posted To:" field, but not the "To:" field, so we don't know which email address it was sent to (without looking in the headers). When you reply, the original email in the body still only references the public folder "Posted To:" field, and not the email address it was originally sent to. I have a report that produces an alphabetic directory, with the entries for each new letter (A, B, C,) starting on a new page. I have one letter, U, which has only one entry, and for some reason it is coming out on the last T page (it is the only single-entry letter which happens to fall behind a "full" page, where there isn't room on the previous page - but there are plenty of other "short" pages where it correctly does a page break before a letter. User can not acces from home the EXchange server

transferring outlook express files to new computer
I am trying to transfer my OE files to my laptop. I have tried to use the export feature but it is not working. In scanning the Knowledge Base it seems I need to have the full version of Outlook or Exchange because it has files in order to make this work??? Hi, I have Outlook 2003 and if I go to Tools>Options>Mail Format I see I can choose a signature for new messages. Still recieving e-mail for deleted users
We are receiving e-mails for users that were been deleted from our server years ago. Does anyone know how to block these e-mails. We have a SPAM program that allows you to blacklist but it does not stop the messages from coming through. Create ea distribution list containing no members, but which has all the long-gone users' smtp addresses. This is called a blackhole DL.
