Payments not updating Customers AccountHi All,
I made number of account payments at POS. Some have arrived on customers
account and others have not. I can see the journal entries for the
transaction but the account shows no payment made.
Any suggestions.

I have the same problem, although I can only see that it is affecting one
account at the moment but two payments? I haven't had a resolve yet, If you

error sending messages in outlook 07, account settings okayHello,
This problem is giving me a huge headache,
Recently everything was working well on my Vista OS, outlook 2007.
Now I can't send out any messages, only receive.
The messages stay in my OUTBOX and I get an error message when
sending.
Outlook is trying to send them but it can't. Account settings are
good.
I have 2 different user profiles crated on Vista with different e-mail
accounts and outlook stopped sending on both of them. Don't matter
which I'm logged in to, mine of my wife's it still doesn't work.
I am also dual booting my PC and when I login to my XP ever...
5.5: use contacts public folder as mailing list?Hi everybody,
I have unsuccessfully been trying to set up some kind of simple mailing list
based on the contents of a public folder. I have found a workaround using an
Outlook 97 local address book, but I can't believe that that is the only
answer. I have tried setting up a distribution list, but emails sent to that
list just end up in that folder, rather than use the addresses from the
folder.
The usenet provided me with similar questions from the past, but
surprisingly I couldn't find an answer.

How do I properly synchronize my email account with Outlook?The incoming mail server is set to "mail.comcast.net" and the outgoing mail
server is set to "smtp.comcast.net", but I do not RECEIVE any of the emails

Transferring between accountsI have upgraded from Money 2000 to 2005.
When I create a new transaction as a transfere between 2 accounts, some of
the existing accounts are not appearing in the account list. I have more than
150 opened accounts and what I can see is only about 29 accounts. Is their
any way to see other accounts in that list? or is their any way I can switch
the list into the old version style?

Convert Seconds and decimals to time
Hello,
I'm exporting some information from a system called CMS. The problem
I'm having is that it exports in seconds and decimals. For instance
3:19 (3 minutes 19 seconds) is exporting as 226.605636597. I'm trying
to convert this back to 3:19. Any suggestions?

How can I show U.S. country code (+1) in my contacts?I've moved to Italy, and would like to have the U.S. country code show in my
Outlook contacts (as the code for other countries currently does). I've
changed my default location in the Windows 7 control panel, but this hasn't
had the desired result. Any option settings I'm missing?
Which location did you set, and to what? Did you enable the option to
automatically add country code to your Contacts?

Hi Michael,
If there are no balances and transactions for the open fiscal year, you can
inactivate the account. Inactivated accounts are by default not included in
GP reporrs and FRx will do the same. Lastly, accounts that are inactive will
not be accidentally used in transaction entry.

Associated external account security issues?Windows 2k AD w/Exchange 2k
Trying to eliminate errors in Backup Exec after disabling accounts. Veritas
whitepaper http://support.veritas.com/docs/274775 tells me to give Self
account on mailbox Associated external account perms. However, they also
suggest that this could be a security issue. I'd like to know why? Our
Exchange server is in a well fortified domain. Do I need to be concerned
about security issues?

I am trying to get an account's information by passing the Account Id.

I created an account object:
CrmSdk.account oAccount = new CrmSdk.account();
I can access all of the account's attributes from this point
(oAccount.name, etc). But, I want to filter it down to a specific
account by sending in the AccountId.

copying contact listI am listed on my computer under two accounts, a user and as administrator.
My Windows live mail contact list is under the user account. I am trying to
move or copy that contact list to the administrator account. I can already
send and receive email under the administrator account, but I cannot see how
to copy the contact list over. I appreciate any help.

If not using the same Live ID in WLM in each account(user and admin)...
Export you contacts in the User account to a csv file(click Contacts in WLM, File/Export/Choose...

Excel to QuickBooks Accountant Premier 2005I've been using QuickBooks Pro for several years now and just upgraded to QB
Accountant Premier 2005. The documentation tries to cover 8 versions (7
industry specific, including Accountant, plus the Enterprise 10 user
version). That brakes down to about 70 pages per. It is poorly organized.
I bought it because it has some features that the Pro version doesn't.
One of the added features in both the Pro and Premier was supposedly
implemented in 2004. That was easier exporting of lists and data from Excel
to the pricey versions of QuickBooks.

Way to Specify Graphic Size before inserting in Publisher?In Microsoft Word, when I want to insert a picture, I first insert a text
box, about the size and place I want the picture to be in the document, then
with the cursor in that text box, do the insert picture command. The picture

Changing Account Distribution Based on Customer RegionMy chart of accounts is segmented by Product and Region. I have setup SOP to
use posting Account from Item. In addition, I have setup a User-defined field
to identify each customer region in Customer Address. Since I can only have
