I am looking for a way to create a formula/macro to do the following:
My worksheet setup:

Each cell contains a 10 number sequence. The range A1:A30000 is my
randomly generated sequence. And C1:5000 is my database of archived

Outlook 2000 does NOT use dbx files. What you had was outlook EXPRESS.

Using Access (since version 2002) you can link tables directly to Exchange
and Outlook containers. While linking to Exchange directly gives several
troubles with accounts that use offline connections, linking to Outlook

I have used XL97 on Windows 2000 for a long time. Just lately, XL has
changed its behaviour, and I can't work out why. There are 2 problems, but
they didn't start at the same time.
1. If I open XL and then immediately close it again, without doing anything,

The source data refers to cells in the same sheet, but I don't see any cell
