Email Integration

Hello,

I am a CRM 4.0 user and using router for both incoming and outgoing. The 
incoming uses forward mailbox and outgoing uses SMTP. No user is using 
outlook client for CRM.

I need help in better understanding the following scenario: 

The e-mail gets initiated from CRM. It reaches the CRM external contact 
(even though in CRM e-mail the status is pending). Why is this happening?

The CRM external contact replies to this e-mail and it reaches back to CRM 
user. This CRM user now uses outlook (with no crm client) to reply to this 
e-mail, no update happens in contact's CRM history. My settings in CRM are 
set us - track e-mail messages in response to a CRM e-mail. This behavior I 
understand is as expected. Is there a way to use outlook for subsequent 
replies to an e-mail that originated from CRM without having the need to 
install crm for outlook client.

Please share your thoughts on both questions.

There is hotfix available for the issue if the complete message is
that "email is not submited for the delivery, please google this fourm
or use the google to search the hotfix .

Please open the router configuration and click on TEST to test your
outgoing and incoming connection and make it sure that event log is
not writing some error or warning message where the router is
installed.

You can use the web clinet to send the emails  , thats the only way
which i see to track the emails , otherwise you need to install the
CRM clinet . CRM uses the track in CRM funcationality to link the
emails to the entities.

URL in an email
Hi, 3rd line of my email has a URL/Hyperlink to a pdf file... I would like to open this URL/PDF and run OCR on it and upon existance of certain words move the email to diffrent email box... Email sent from the Administrator account
We just put up SBS 2003 which includes Exchange 2003. I've been monitoring the Que and notice most of the messages are from the system or Administrator account. I highly doubt this is possible but want to be sure. For compliance reasons my company needs to provide all email's sent from to a dist group during a specific time frame. Outlook 2007 hangs after receiving all email messages.
I am running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7. When I launch Outlook the first time, it will download all my email messages and then it hangs on the last one. For example, if there are 20 messages to download, it will get to 'Receiving message 20 of 20' and just hang there, it will never come up with the message 'Send/Receive Complete'. recurring appointments show as emails
We uses shared calendars at work with designated recurring appointment slots. Some people are having issues since upgrading to Office 2007 with their appointments opening as an email. They start by adding the appoinment info to a certain date and time by typing in the slot (not opening the single occurance). Can't send outgoing email

Email not rendering fully
Hello all, I am using the Office 2007 beta, and cant find anywhere else to send feedback... Print email to show attachments
When I print out sent emails with attached documents for my records I would like the icons for those attached documents to show up so I have a hard copy record of actually having sent them. Check the properties email address of the 20%. An Outlook Contact Email address consists of two parts: the address, and the "Displayed name". The email address that you see in the Field Chooser is the Displayed name. Hi, I am new to WLM, and have set up my accounts as directed. I have four email addresses, which are set up and reeiving mail. My problem is sending mail.
