Disabling the "Track in CRM" feature when composing E-mails.

I installed the CRM3.0 client on my machine yesterday to work with our 
corporate version of CRM. However, every time I compose, reply, forward, 
respond to e-mails, it is automatically getting "tracked in CRM". I do NOT 
want this for every e-mail, so how do I turn it off??? I looked everywhere, 
and I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In the web client click tools > options, then select the tab activities. At 
the bottom you can select which message to track all or only those with a 
tracking token.

Track in CRM button in other users calendar
I have a client using CRM 3, with the CRM client installed into outlook 2003 (and the problem also exists with outlook 2007). They are running CRM client version V3C with Update roll up 3. They have a problem in that one member of staff needs to be able to see the 'Track in CRM' button when viewing other users calendars. The button appears fine when the user views their own calendar. We have a central receptionist who has Author permissions to the Outlook calendars of all the sales staff in her unit. We have a customer that we upgraded from 1.2. They are running Outlook 2003 and Microsoft CRM 3.0.5300. Hello Everyone, I have a user who updates and creates new contacts on behalf of another user in the Exchange System by using contact sharing on a regular basis. Once the Contacts have been created, there is a requirement for our user to be able to then track those contacts in CRM. The problem that I have is that when the user hightlights a contact whilst working in an open shared contacts folder, CRM displays an error message "Only items in the default Microsoft Outlook store can be promoted to Microsoft CRM."
