CRM for Outlook Calendar not working

Hi All,

I am using Outlook 2003 on my laptop, and the CRM Sales
for Outlook is installed and working fine, except for the
Calendar. I am unable to create a CRM Appointment and a
CRM Contact, but the Tasks, Email, and Promote Email work
fine.

Any help would be great. As I use a Pocket PC for all of
my appointment scheduling.

On the Outlook toolbar, there is:
CRM Email / CRM Contact / CRM Appointment / Promote E-mail
to CRM Activity / Go Offline

When I click either CRM Contact or CRM Appointment,
nothing happens.

When I try to create a CRM Appointment using the CRM for
Outlook, it creates an error, so I close it, but the
appoinment still shows up on the CRM Appointment, but not
on my Outlook Calendar.

Error is this: An error has occurred. For more
information, contact your system administrator.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have been having the same problem when trying to create Appointments
in the outlook client.

The resolution on this posting was to clear the OL forms cache.
However, I don't know how to do this. Unfortunately, the link does not
work for me.
Thanks
Lee
