CRM client will not go back online #2

I have a user who has gone offline and now will not go back online.

I have CRM3.0 with the rollup in place.
The user is at a remote branch.

I turned the firewall right off. I can ping the CRM server and the
webbrowser version works fine.

the only information in the event viewer is as follows:

"SQL Server has encountered 1 occurence(s) of cachestore flush for the
'Bound trees' cachestore (part of plan cache) due to some database
maintenance or reconfigure operations.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks,

I don't know if it is what happened to me, but it sounds familiar.

Try the following:

CRM cannot “Go Online”
Stuck offline, can’t reconnect, cannot go online, Advanced find.

A CRM laptop client seems to be stuck offline.
When clicking on the Go Online button, there is no effect and it appears
that there is no action at all. The client does not go online and data from
the offline subscription is not loaded to the server.
Check other buttons on the CRM toolbar. If Advanced Find also does not
work, there may be a simple fix.
1.	Right click on the CRM toolbar and click Customize.
2.	In the Toolbars tab, highlight the Microsoft CRM entry and DELETE it.
(It must be deleted, clearing the check box will simply remove the buttons
and not solve the problem.)
3.	Restart Outlook. (The CRM client is still installed, so a new toolbar
will be loaded. This time the buttons should work.)

Good luck,

Tom Francisco

How will this work: Changing bill payer from MSN Bill Pay to my bank
My one year of MSN Bill Pay premium service, included in M03 dlx is close to expiring. So I am planning to use the service from my bank, (their bill payment service is fully integrated with Money ... they say). I'd like to know how all the payees I've setup in M03 will function if I switch Bill Pay providers?, or if anyone has any experience switching like this? For example, several payee's I've setup in M03 cannot be deleted, nor can their name be edited. I'm sure there's a reason for this, although I don't know exactly what it is, (my guess is there'...

CRM and Great Plains Overlap?
This post is for someone that knows both GP and CRM. I am working a prospect that will be getting GP (from someone else) and they have seen me demo CRM. CRM looks real good except that they are saying GP accounting has pretty good opportunity management built into. We are trying to figure where and how much CRM and GP overlap for both sales and service as compared to just integrating - product catalog comes from GP into CRM. Orders and invoice are driven out of GP when quote is accepted in CRM. Since we don't know GP we are trying to get a handle on it. The prospect is wondering how m...

EXCEL. When entering a whole number into a cell EXCEl is dividing that number by 10 immediatly after entry. If I place a decimal point after the number this does not happen.
