Change Owner on New Account SetUp

Hello,
I have an employee that will be setting up new clients for our sales
team.  She will be creating these accounts and then selecting the
appropriate owner for the account.  Right now the spyglass next to the
owner field in accounts is greyed out.  How do I get that working to
allow her to select any of the users?

There are two possibilities and without access to a system at the
moment I cannot confirm which.

Firstly ensure the user has permissions to assign accounts

Then if the option is still greyed out, it may be that it has to be
done using the assign function. This is available in two places. One,
when the account is open, go to the actions menu, and select assign
(there may also be a toolbar button for it, it is a little blue guy
with a green arrow)

You can use a list/advanced find to change owners of multiple records
at a time. Select the records, then select assign from just above the
grid of accounts (again it is the little blue dude with a green arrow)
then assign. If the user does not have permissions to assign the button
will probably not appear.

SBS 2000, Exchange won't allow me to change primary account
We've got an SBS 2k setup and have several email addresses (abc.org, abc.com, abc.co.uk, etc.) for each client. 2003 service account in wrong domain???
Exchange 2003 - the server was built in the root ABC domain. the service account was created in the DEF domain where exchange was installed and all user accounts are. My cohort told me (and management) that this was wrong and would cause permission problems down the line. Sorting problem, sums change
I have a spreadsheet with 12 worksheets. It totals fine the way it is, but on several of the worksheets I need to sort them by State, when I do, the totals change. It calls data from one of the other worksheets cells which remains the same. Once I sort one of the worksheets the data pulling from the other worksheets now displays #DIV/0! and my totals are wrong at the bottom. Any suggestions. Just a thought.
