cannot access from outside the domain

How can I access the crm website from a computer that is not joined to the
domain? When I enter the url to access the crm website
(http://mscrm.domain.local) I get a logon box, I enter the credentials and
then IE closes. I have checked for event logs but no luck. Can anyone shed
some light.

thanks

whenever IE closes upon logging in to MSCRM, it is caused by a pop-up
blocker, whether in the form of the Google/Yahoo toolbar or the browsers own
pop-up blocker..
To verify this, after providing the credentials, press and Hold CTRL key.
This would allow the window to load properly.

... good.. to address this next time, make sure you include the address of the
MSCRM server in the 'alllow popup' list of the pop up blocker you have..

How do I pass a parameter to an application at runtime? Specifically, a parameter that AutoExec can examine in order to determine which of two functions it should run. Anonymous Access Checked off- No incoming email
I have a simple setup regarding email. Mail comes in thru firewall directly to my Exchange 2003 server. If I leave anonymous access with the check mark, I'm bombarded with folks relaying off me. Anonymous access is not required for any of my systems to function properly. My question is... Exchange Web Access Issue

Outlook blocking our own domain
This problem just appeared up this week. SBS 2003 Premium. Exchange 2003. About 30 clients running Outlook 2003, and a couple using Outlook 2007. One user (the owner) using Outlook 2003 has had half a dozen or so emails from within our company sent to his Junk Email folder by Outlook. I set our domain as a safe sender and it shows up in the safe senders list as "@ourdomain.net". Following the examples they use, I tried adding just "ourdomain.net" (no @) but it doesn't appear to be showing up on the list, even after restarting Outlook. Any idea why our domain w...

Access conversion to SQL
Hi all. I have an application that currently connects to an Access database, now the customers are asking for a MySql and MsSql server back end database. MySql handles True and False values through the bit field without any problems, MsSql doesn't. I can't even use the words True or False in an Sql statement. This means I have to write two loads of code for every transaction where there is a true/false value involved, a complete pain. It also gives me the problem of setting controls true/false value by checking a table field: chkAdmin.Checked = GetField("select admin...

It looks like Access is looking for the linked data in this read only flie rather than my real file. Why is this read only file being created? How can I get the Access table to update properly when I change the data in Excel? ...

Combining records in access 2007
I have imported a text file into access 2007. However I guess when the person that exported the text files(i think they are from a sql server db), what was one record in the sql server db, is now broken down into two records in the text file.
