Can not run report after install frontpage server extension

Hi all,

I have a problem with can not run report install frontpage server extension. 
The error msg display as below.

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: 
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: The permissions granted to user 
'LOCUS-CRM\IUSR_LOCUS-CRM' are insufficient for performing this operation.

Hi,
The error say it's a permission issue with IUSR_LOCUS-CRM which is the
user of anonymous access. so, you should check the permission of the
reports and reportserver folders in IIS manager , and make sure it's
set to "integrated windows authentication" ,and anonymous access is
disabled.

Hi Chen,

Thanks for your quick response. I tried to do as your suggestion but face 
new problem instead. When I go to report in MS CRM, system show modal msg as 
error then I browse to "http://myCRM/reports" and found error msg "The page 
can not be displayed". How should I do to resolved this ? Could you please 
help me ?

Hi Deno,
I did not get from your answer whether you checked the permission or
not. that's were i would start troubleshooting.
you should also check event viewer to see if there are any relevant
events logged there.
there is also a tool called CRM diagnostic tool which you can run on
the CRM server to get many helpful information.

Chen,

I have done as your suggestion (Enable win authen, disable anonymous login), 
but the new error occured. When I access report on work place in MS CRM, 
error msg pop up with the word error. I try to go to report manager the error 
display as "The page can not display". I also found something that when I 
access by type all URL + parameter, it can run the report. (See summary below)

I have a report "rptProjects" that I want run and filtered to show the details of just one project based on the project number clicked on in a summary form (continous form). The target report is linked directly to the data table and contains subreports linked to their respective data tables. Problem Opening Notebooks on New Server
I have a small office and we all store and use notebooks on our server. We moved all of our data to a new server yesterday, and now when we try to open the notebooks we get a message that says: "OneNote needs a password to sync some of your notebooks", and we are unable to open the notebooks. Interestingly, if we open the notebook through a mapped drive to the location, we get the error. But, if we navigate directly to the notebook through the network, it will open with no error. If I understand your request, the first point to clarify is that "each sheet" does not have a page 2 - If there are 10 sheets & each one contains 2 pages of data, each page is still sequentially numbered 1-20. Data Format: how can I re-format
The spreadsheet that was exported for me to use has the information in paragraph form: It is customer ID name and billing info but it is like a long series of address labels.
