emailing links from explorer
I have 'outlook' as my default email program and i use 'outlook express' for
newsgroups and more 'hidden' type of emails.
everytime i send an internet link or internet page from 'explorer' it
defaults to 'outlook express' as the program for sending this type of

Any assistance would be appreciated in making 'outlook' as the preferred

Installing MS CRM 3 (RTM code) with trial licence to SBS 2003 Server with
SP1. Install reporting an error on SRS where the HTTP:\\SERVERNAME can't be

I ussually download headers form my POP3 server and later

When creating an email signature in Outlook 2003 we were able to select an
option to use the template from our desktop. In Outlook 2007 we don't have
this option. By copying and pasting the template in the signature area and
then editing with our personal info losses it's format especially the email
address link. What is the best way to use our company email signature

Just thought I'd pass on our success story with CRM-Exchange integration.
We've been experiencing nothing but headaches with the Exchange Router
configuration in the past week. We were not able to send emails from CRM
and/or Web interface. What we had determine was that Outlook Express needs to
be installed on the CRM servers. We are running CRM 3.0 on 2003 servers.
However, by default, our servers are setup without Outlook Express
components. Tons and tons of logs were passed back and forth to Microsoft BS.

Is there a way to modify 'Completed' Activity Records in Microsoft CRM 3.0?
For example, a user needs to add some aditional text to the description field
in a 'Phone Call' Activity record that has been set as "Completed." Or a
user mistakenly assigned a series of Activity records to the wrong Account.
Now, those records need to be modified so that they are set as "Regarding" to
another account. MS CRM 3.0 sets all fields to 'grey' and un-available for
editing once the activity record as been set as "Completed."
