Reimbursable checkmark field in transaction form #2

I updated yesterday to Money 2004. In the transaction form is a checkmark
field <Reimbursable>. It is disabled. I can't find anything about this in
Help or the User's Guide.
What can I use this for?
How can I activate it?

I have a user who would like to know if she can filter multiple fields,
using the same filter criterion for each field, but she doesn't want to set
the criteria for each field because there are over 100 fields. I haven't seen
the database yet, but can only assume it's not set up very well, if she is
looking for the same criteria in multiple fields within the same table.
I haven't found a way to filter directly through Access without setting the
criterion for each field. Does anyone know a way? Is there a way to do it
through VBA, maybe?

know how to pass parameters with the web queries (when I know the parameter

Is there any way to configure the User Defined Fields in Contract Management?
There are 5 of them, but I don't see any setup screens where these can be
confiured to have the proper label I want. Even more importantly, I would
like to be able to select from a list of options to populate these.

I've modified the Collection Management main screen by adding a field
to display the e-mail address linked to the AP address ID. The code
to update that field fires after the user tabs away from the customer
ID field. However, if the user wants to use the VCR buttons at the
bottom of the screen, they have to click twice to go to the next
record. When they do that, the field doesn't update itself.
I know I am probably being dumb, but am having a huge mental block on
how to get that field to update itself when the user advances to
another record on the screen.

Thanks for using the newsgroups. If you're using the MBF querying
subsystem, you should be able to do this. Try creating an advanced
restriction on your empty field. Choose the "is equal to" option, and for a
value, enter two double quotes ("").

When we run a WebQuery (Data/Get External Data from Web) with URL
sometimes the translation is missing the decimal denominator.
ING Turbo Long should have 9,205 EUR as Reference, but it appears in the
cell as 9205.

I'm trying to link two tables using an ODBC table in query. Not all
records in the left table have an entry in the right table. I've tried
all combinations of the link properties but I either get only those
records that have entries in both tables or each record in the left
table duplicated by the number of records in the right table.

You need to create the link in Query by dragging one field onto the other, then double-click on the link line. You'll either want option 2 or option ...Change button right before the formula field
Right before where you enter values/formulas you have a button.
In some Excel versions it is a "=" button that you can push this if you want

You can add an = icon
Tools|customize|commands tab|Insert category
(Scroll down the list until you find the = icon)

It's not quite the same, ...Blank/empty field confusion
I'm quite new to Access DB design.
My problem is that I am not sure how certain fields that are left
blank/empty are treated. Is there in fact "something" inside that field.
This relates to a DB search form which I have in Visual Web Developer 2008 -
it has 5 fields - 3 text, 2 drop-down. It seems that when this search form
queries the Access DB, it is behaving like a blank/empty field in a record
in fact has something inside it. Is this correct? How can I get the empty
fields in the DB to be ignored during the search process?

viewing them without having to right click and actually going into the object
properties? We want them to show under the Date Created and Date Modified

I've been racking my brain with no avail on something that should be an easy

How about another tack. Seems that you want fields with less than 14
