GP- Promise to Pay Reporting by Date Range
I wish to build a query that reports action type, Promise to Pay, by customer
within a defined timeframe. In the attached test transaction, I report one
transaction with an action date within this timeframe.
When I run the query, it prompts me to check an action type when the action
type is already built into the query? Why am I required to select an action
I built query includes two transactions with Promise to Pay, Action
Promised. However, one transaction is outside the nominated action query date.

A Telephone Directory Report runs fine in Access 2000.

Is there a way to keep the formatting in a cell, but hide the amounts? I have

You could hide the column containing the running total or change the text
colour to white (or your background colour).

I performed a Sales report for 2006 and for the first time ever (in almost 2
years) ran a Miscellaneous/Tender report just to see how much was in cash, in
check , in CC, etc. But then I noticed that the totals for the Tender were
almost 20% below the total Sales shown on the Detailed Sales report for all
of 2006. This was a really large discrepancy and I cannot figure out what
the totals would not be equal, never mind that they are this different.
Can anyone guide me in figuring out why there is such a huge difference
between a Sales report and Tender report for exactly same period of...Finance reports

I have a crm server that is configured to use a remote sql instance, with
remote reporting services.
When I try to install the reporting connector, It gives me an error saying
it failed to detect the local reporting services installion. How come it
gives this error, i mean, I want my crm to use the remote reporting services,

Make sure you're not re-showing it somewhere else in your code, like on a

I have a report that seems to only print a blank page as the last page, it
seems to only happen if the report is an odd number page (this could be
Quince dent) I have verified the margins and size of the report does not
exceed the size of the paper. The orientation is landscape, margins are .2

I current have an agent report that lists their daily stats and a total for
the date range (weekly, monthly, etc.). I know that using a report footer
will give me a grand total for all agetns stats, however, is there a way to
have the grand total repeat on each page so that each agent has their stats
and the entire team stats on one page?
You could probably create a subreport of exactly the numbers you want and
include it in the page footer or header.

I have a form with 3 drop down boxes called employee, supervisor and month,
that pulls up a report. All 3 fields must be populated for that report.
What my manager would like is to be able to select any or all of them and
pull the report. For example if she chose a particular supervisor then she
would like to see all the records no matter how many employees or dates there
are, or chose supervisor and month and see those records or employee and

I create a pivot chart and the "Sum of [ColumnName]" and "Category"
lables are always in evidence, which covers some of my data. How do I
eliminate these things from the chart? Any attempt to move them is
interpreted as an attempt to change the nature of the report, so I
can't just shove them off to the side.
PS I can send a screen-capture of the problem if desired, but I'm
hoping it's not necessary. I don't share my email address here and

Wizard, Crystal just seems to hang indefinitely.

Hi, I deleted the standard 'Quote' report that came with CRM. Our backup
writes over itself each night so it is not on a backup tape. Is there anyway
to retrieve that report from the install without reinstalling everything? If
so, can you give specifics as the network person does not know how to do it
and neither do I. We're new to CRM and would really appreciate any help with
