More than 3 conditional formatting conditions?
I'm using Excel 2000, and I need to program a row of cells to tur
certain colours based on 5 possible words being input in a given cell.
If V is in C1, I want that entire row to turn red
If W is in C1, I want that entire row to turn blue,
and so on for five (or six) different possibilities.
Everything I've read says that every pre-2007 version of Excel onl
allows three such conditions. Am I out of luck, or is there some wa

I am using Microsoft Publisher and I can't seem to get it to print two whole
flyers on one page. I tried using the two page spread option in the view
tab- but this just gets a portion of the center twice? How can I get the
publisher to do this?

What if y...Can't open database window using shift key...
I have an Access database that I distribute to my client on CDROM. The
start up options of the database are set so that the database window
is not visible to the users. When the database is updgraded the
database manager copies it from the CDROM to the relavant PC and then
uses the shift key on opening in order to display the database window
and link to the tables in the existing back-end. This procedure has
been done many many times without a problem...
BUT last week he found that holding down the shift key whilst opening
the database no longer opened the database window and leave...Parameter Query using date ranges
I am creating a parameter query where I want to pull data between 2 dates.
In the date criteria of my query, if I write between #01/01/2008# and
#01/31/2008# +1, I will get all data for January. If I use a form to enter
the dates and have Between [Forms]![autoexec]![start] And
[Forms]![autoexec]![end] +1 in the date criteria, I get an error. Does
anyone know what I should put in the criteria to make the query work?
Are you entering your dates as m/d/y?
What happens if you try:
DateAdd("d", 1, [Forms]![autoexec]![end])

Microsoft Access...Conditional Format #4
I've got some conditional formatting in some columns but not others. When I
enter data in a row moving from one column to the next and I get to a column
with no CF, Excel copies accros the CF from the previous column. Is this a
'Helpful' idea by Excel and if so can I turn it off? If it's not does anyone
know how I can fix the columns with no conidtion to stay with the original
<Tools> <Options> <Edit> tab,

The shared and network printers aren't showing up in the directories of the
workstations. On XP machines, the network printer does show, but no shared
printers. On Windows 7, no printers show. I need to get this resolved.

week, 1 month, 1 year? They are large and take up lots of space, but I don't
want to delete any if I might need them.
I don't see any purpose of keeping multiples of your database backup, unless
you have been doing it with a purpose, because each of your backups contain
the same data, except the newer backups contain more. For example, if your
computer dies or whatnot, you wouldn't want to restore an old database, you
would want to restore your newest backup so you lose less data. Did you have

Having a problem in eOrder where the pictures are not showing up. I found out
the Inventory image in internet information is mapped to a drive letter. If I
remove the drive letter, I can see the picture in eOrder. I would like to
mass update the SY01200 INET4 field and change all from f:\inventory
pictures\image.jpg to image.jpg (where image.jpg is the file name). It sounds
like I need to create a cursor script but am not sure how to do this. Can
