Two mailboxes for one user account after mailbox moved to a new server
After moving a user's mailbox from a Exchange 2003 to a new Exchange
2003 server, Outlook has listed two mailboxes with same name in the
"All Mail Folders"area. The Outlook profile only has the user mailbox
and no other mailboxes added to it. The user can send and recieve email
just fine. The mailboxes seem to be clones of each other. New mail show
up in the mailboxes at the sametime.
How can I get Outlook to only show one mailbox?

It shows two progress bars, but nothing ever happens. Why is this window
popping up every tiem I turn on the computer and how do I get it to stop?

i set up two identities with outlook express 5 and in
general the download from both accounts works fine, but
whenever i try to switch from the main identity to my
second identity the download would not work and then, when
trying to switch again back or quit, the program stops

We just add a new collection management module into GP 8.0.
It works as expected, but when we are trying to send both the collection
letter and the invoice, the system send 2 seperate email to the customer. 1
is the collection letter and the other one is the invoice.
Is there a way to make it send only 1 email (collection letter in the body
and invoice as attachment)?
Since it's completely unreasonable to send 2 emails for the same purpose and
I'm sure a system like GP is able to accomplish this.

Outside of my form (frmComments) I have created option buttons
(CommentFilter) that I would like to use as a filter within the form . . .
filtering on [Finished] which is a Yes/No property at the table level
My radio button has three choices:
#1 for Finished = No
#2 for Finished = Yes
#3 for Finished = Both
However when I click on any of the three radio buttons I do not see any
activity in the form. Any suggestions?

What is the error message when user tries to access mailbox? Does the user
still show in ADUC has having Exchange attributes? Have you looked at the MB
using ESM to see if it is disconnected?

I have recently had my work PC upgraded from Windows NT to XP, and am now
using Excel 2003 rather than 97.
A spreadsheet I use each day contains a number of command buttons (from the

You can't do this with workflow, and I don't believe Scribe can do this
(though I may be wrong - I've only used Scribe for one project). I would
think that you'd need to create a post callout using the SDK. There is more

I have a database that is in use that uses a switchboard upon opening the
database. There are buttons on the switchboard that create a new record in
add form and another for edit an existing record. One of the fields i have
in the database is case#. Is there code i can use such that on the click of
the button the prompts me for a case number to take me to only that one case
number. I was thinking this is a better option than giving all records.

When I import a purchase order in Excel, GP creates a
separate po for each line item. How do I get the line
items under one PO number? I notice that the SQL option
does not allow you to have a query relationship.
You will need two source tables, one with PO header info and one with line
information. Use two sources in Integration Manager and relate them by a
common field (like PO Number)

When you have the form in design view goto the Toolbox toolbar and ensure
that the Control Wizard (2nd button from the left) button is selected
(highlighted). This button can be enabled or disabled.
