It'll be difficult to share a ...My system shuts down when working in Word
Some documents in Word cause the system to shut. Drive lights are still on;
but, not able to access. Have tried searching for viruses, but, none found.
Anybody having this problem?
I'm not sure this is an Outlook question (you might want to post in the Word
newsgroups) but it would be helpful if you told us at least what version
of Word you're using and what's unusual about those documents.

Sounds like perhaps you have TWO <<next record>> fields in your main
document for each, and you should only have one.

loaded the report and I have no problem. I even moved the current folder
with that report in it. Creted another folder with the same name
and still the same problem with that named folder. With a different name for

Ok, clarification - ignore the code from my original post, some of the

My name is Mike and i have a question about microsoft excel macro's.
Attached is a copy of the excel sheet im working on. Below the excel
sheet is the macro I built. Some of the cells contain given values and
some cells are calculated from formulas. Cell (G4) is my given

Does anyone know how to get Publisher recondider insisting that I have a
Postscript printer? In an attempt to have Publisher 2003 print (convert to
PDF) my book, I had to play with different sized of the pages including the
Postscript. The size of my page on the publisher is 5.5X8 inch. However,
the Publisher gives me an error message that my Postscript printer needs to
be version 2 and not 1. Even when I select a new file and selecting my laser
printer, it gives me the same error message and does not allow me to print.

Yes, but i realized what i was doing wrong. I assumed [bad idea] that if i create a case and hit Save & Close the first time, taht the rule will run. In order for the rule to run automatically, it has to be Save, once it saves it, then Save & Close.

Hi, I have a word document that has portrait and landscape pages. When I convert it to PDF, the portrait and landscape pages are generated as two different PDF files. Is there any work around for this? Thanks!
AFAIK there is no option other than to assemble the final PDF from the
separate parts using Preview 3.0 or later, Acrobat, or one of the other PDF
utilities that enable combining PDFs.

I notice that a few workstations in an office I support are having
problems when they run Great Plains. Excel, Outlook, Word and
Dynamics.exe are showing in the Application event log as being Hanging
or Faulting. I also see Fault Bucket errors, but when I search online

Last week we setup VPN to be able to read mail from home (no OWA).
After installing Outlook at home and connecting to the exchange server, and
syncronizing the data I got all mail/contacts etc on my home computers
BUT, when I got to work the day after, my Outlook on the work computer was
empty, no mails or nothing.
Looking in the Exchange server at the mailaccount I can se that it contains
over 1000 emails so they seem to still exist on the server.
What could this be? Is there som configuration needed?
