Do you still have Works? If so, export the file to a format that is
universal, like CSV, SYLK, tab-delimited, then import into Excel or Quatro.

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
I've just handed in my first assignment since switching to mac and realized that even though I put all required fields into the citations manager for each source, it has not included much of the information in my bibliography, for example page numbers, doi numbers of articles (which is a new requirement in APA 6th edition) etc. Is there anyway to include this extra information? I know in Windows Microsoft Word you were able to tweak it by ticking the boxes you wished to include in your final reference list. ...Conversions #4

I had word set up to remind me to not double space and other APA format
issues but now they have changed it and I am not getting any "reminders"
anymore. Is there an update coming with the new guidelines on formatting the
document? I spent 17 months relearning to not double space after a period now
I have to re relearn to double space again. The templates I have seen only
address setting up the basics of the paper not the "nitty gritty" of the
little details. Help please.

I would like to print out 3 X 5 cards, with specific sized box's (cells)

Thanks for the help
Thank you for you help
Assuming 96 pixels per inch you could approximate but at different resolutions
your approximation can be off.
If you want to use VBA to set height and width in mm which you then convert to
inches at 25.4 mm per inch..........

My client needs to change two of their dbs from USD to CAD, including all

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2002. In
2000, when copying from Access tables and pasting into
Excel, the data type integrity was maintained, that is,
text, date, and numeric fields came over into Excel in
that defined format. With 2002, all my numneric fields
are converted to text and I'm flagged that numbers are
stored as text from the error checking function.
Converting is a major headache and exporting the Access
tables into Excel, though this does maintain data
integrity, is not what I need to do in most cases.
Question is, is there a way to modify defaults i...APA Style Citations
I am using the references feature and set to the APA style. When I try to
add a citation for a paper with the same author as another paper, I am

You can try suppressing the title by right clicking on the citation in your
document and selecting "Edit Citation...". But the APA style supported by
Word isn't really fully APA compliant.

What is the data type of the field that holds these unusual values?
Perhaps what you're seeing is simply a matter of the format in which Access
is displaying the value (it looks like scientific notation to me...)

the result is a gray image.
