Reinstall " framedyn.dll "

I've been to Google for this but
I still have not had any success .
Might there be a solution without
paying for this supposed fix ?
I'm running XP SP3 , OE 6 .
                        TIA ,
                            D.

If you mean that there is no framedyn.dll in
%systemroot%\system32\dllcache (it's not there in my system), try
looking in %windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386

Perhaps you could supply some information relating to the issue. An
error message you received perhaps? Verbatim would be best.

"ccleaner" is not part of Windows XP. perhaps the folks over at
"ccleaner" can help with their error message.

The OP said he had sp3. He seems to not want to look where I suggest he
look yesterday, i.e., in %windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386

I want to thank ALL of you who replied to
my post .
What I did was download " framedyn.dll "
and dragged it into Windows\System32\wbem folder .
It seems to be working so I'll leave well enough
alone .
                            D.

When searching for the file, did you first

A) in control panel, folder options, view tab:
 - Check show hidden files and folders
 - Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types (so you can see the .dll
part)
 - Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (click yes or OK on any
warning message that pops up)
 - Click Apply OK

B) in Search, click more advanced options and check the first three boxes.

Then search your entire C:\ drive for framedyn.dll
