I've seen this same problem listed here more than once. I cannot logon to my incoming mail server, whether I am testing the account or trying to send/receive mail. I'm using Publisher to print certificates, pulling data from MSAccess database. The date field I'm using is formatted as LongDate in Access (6 August 2006)but shows as ShortDate (06/08/2006) in Publisher. Is there any way to show this as LongDate in Publisher? e-mail with link to folder on network drive
Hi everyone, i need to send e-mails with links to folders on a network drive ( Q: ) with outlook 2007. I'd like to do this by copying the path from an open explorer window and pasting it in the body of my mail. This works fine as long as i access my folder via unc-path (e.g. \\server\share\folderXY). But if I use my connected network drive, outlook doesn't recognize this as link. So if i copy/paste something like q:\folderXY outlook does not convert this into a link. Connect window pop up
We had some troubles with virus (downloader.trojag) and although the PC scans clean now since weeks, we have a lingering problem with the Connect To window for Outlook Express. It pops up on the average every 2 minutes whenever an MS program is in use whether Excel or Word or whatever. It also pops up during games from various manufacturers. All of a sudden I am having difficulty receiving/sending emails. I have webmail.carolina.rr.com which are then forwarded to my laptop via windows mail. I started receiving duplicate emails last week, same email up to 20 times. I verified with the server that the dups are not on their end. coincedentally, my internet connection is pathetically slow. Hi We have just got a new computer and I set up my 2 email accounts to come into Outlook 2007. (from 2 different email addresses). When I set up the first one, all of the emails from this account flowed in to the Inbox of Outlook. Then I set up the 2nd account, and once again the emails from this account came into the Inbox. Now the emails from the 1st account have disappeared, but the emails from the 2nd account are still there in the Inbox. At work, we're using a failrly large Excel file, about 22MB. Lately and randomly, I am seeing Excel creating file names (with no extensions!) such as for example, 9CCB1700 and 323C1700. These two were created by Excel within minutes of each other and each nearly the same data size as the file we're working on. Excel places the file in the same directory as the file we're working on.
