Schema reference

I'm looking for a reference to the AD attributes and what processes fill

i.e. what user attributes get updated when a user logs on or off.

Huuh, I guess you won't find a reference like that anywhere. What you
could do is download Sysinternals' ADExplorer. It allows snapshot
creation and comparison. Take a snapshot, do some action to the
directory, take another snapshot and compare the two.

As for your concrete question: there isn't much updated when a user logs
on or off. On log on, the lastLogonTimeStamp and lastLogon attributes
may be touched.

Are you looking for something specific here?

As Florian mentioned ADExplorer is a great tool to compare schema or AD
changes. I have added this details in my blog:

Santhosh Sivarajan | MCTS, MCSE (W2K3/W2K/NT4), MCSA (W2K3/W2K/MSG), CCNA,
Houston, TX

When the users pushes the button to select a column on the Gridview1_SelectedIndexChanged event I have GridviewRow selectedRow = Gridview1.SelectedRow; Session["SelectedEvent"] = selectedRow; I do a page redirect and on the new page I want to fill a text box with one of the cells in the GridviewRow. Project table schema changes in 9.0
I upgraded a server from GP 8.0 sp5 to GP 9.0 sp2 last weekend. All seems to work fine so far. I have some Crystal Reports that were in the process of being developed and I have questions about 3 Project tables. These tables each have had fields removed. My question is...Where has the data these fields represented been relocated? Has the upgrade taken data from these tables and moved it to other tables? How do I correct a range 'reference'?
Using Excel XP. ===================== I've had a frustrating time with DSUM on a workbook I'm building from someone else's model - I keep getting #VALUE! errors. After lots of looking "underneath the hood" I think I see the problem, but don't know how to fix it. One of the formulas is: =DSUM(Revenue,'Revenue Projects'!$D$3,B1:B3) The problem comes up with "Revenue". When I use the Evaluate Formula tool, it italicizes "Revenue", and when I click on Evaluate, I see 'Revenue Projects'$A$1:$J$14 in it's place - italicized....

xsd.exe errors with schemas importing other schemas
Hi, I am working with XSD.exe command line util. I have an XSD that I am trying to use to generate classes with. However, the XSD references another schema and the XSD.exe is having trouble finding the referenced schema. Does anyone have an example of what the command line params would be so that the tool is aware of all schemas? Does the tool have trouble with the XSD lines: xmlns:r="somewhere.files.referencedxsd" <xs:import schemaLocation=".\referencedxsd.xsd" namespace="somewhere.files.referencedxsd" /> <xs:element ref="r:ReferencedRo...

Circular References #2
I have an error that tells me I have a circular reference and that it cannot tell me where the circular reference is. I checked my worksheets and the linked workbooks, I can't find it. Does anyone know where or why this error is occurring. Thanks Chris I don't know if this will help or not, but Excel XP does have a circular reference toolbar. Select View, Toolbars, circular reference. If you don't see the toolbar, seelct View, Toolbars, Customize, Circular Reference. My experience with circular references has been that usually the cell in which you want to put the calcul...

Reference Problem w/ inserting rows
I need to find the average of a range of cells, A7:A11. However, I wil insert a row in front of A7, causing the original A7 to become A8. still want the formula to refernce A7:A11, and just drop the cell tha got pushed out. However... Regardless of the static symbol($), my reference is still moving t A8:A12, following the original group of numbers. I thought the static should stop this, but it doesn't. Adding a new record with a reference to another table
Not sure if this is a 'Query' question or a database design question but hopefully someone will be able to point me in the right direction. I have a database with 3 tables, Roles, Targets and Actions, defined as follows: tblTargets ========== TargetID (AutoNum, PK) TargetText (Text) tblRoles ======== RoleID (AutoNum, PK) RoleText (Text, unique index) tblActions ========== ActionID (AutoNum, PK) RoleID (Integer) TargetID (Integer) ActionText (Text) TargetID+RoleID = Unique index For each Target there may be several combinations of Roles/Actions. return cell reference
I am using the DMAX function to find the maximum data value within a certain range of dates. I now need to find the date associated with that maximum value. I am dealing with streamflow data in 5-minute intervals, so there are many peaks in the data. I am looking at specific events by specifying a time range to search in. I have two columns, one column of dates and times (mm/dd/yy hh:mm) and one column of water depth. I have tried DGET (e.g., DGET(R104:T65000, "datetime",R2:U3)) to return the date assocuated with the maxium found by DMAX, but the maximum value may be found...

Compatibility Checker dialog box needs to state workbook referred
The Excel Compatibility Checker dialog box in Excel 2007 (which warns of features in a workbook which aren't supported by earlier versions of Excel which may be lost if the file is saved in an earlier format, e.g. Excel 2003) currently doesn't say which workbook it is referring to. This is a problem when using a .net or VBA program from Excel to manipulate other Excel files. In our case we have a custom toolbar that reads in data from another Excel file of the user's choice, and writes to this file, the Excel Compatibility Checker dialog box pops up to warn "minor loss...

How to view a complete schema when using schema includes/imports?
I've got a parent schema file that references complex element types that are defined in several "child" schema files and I used the schema imports statement to include them into the parent schema's default namespace. I would like to generate a complete/single-file instance of the schema to simplify things but I can't figure out how to do it. Each schema seems to live in it's respective memory space inside the SchemaIncludesCollection. Any idea how I could traverse all of the "virtual" nodes in the parent schema to create a physical representation of what t...

Changing the row reference in a link
I would like to be able to change the row that a cell references by entering a number in a cell. I have a sheet that automatically updates various data (such as stock prices). I then have another sheet that has a standardized report format. I would like to have a cell linked to the stock price (such as =Data!F19) but have a cell so that I could change the row link from 19 to another number by just entering that number in a cell on the standardized report sheet (something like =Data!F(A2)). I would like to avoid a macro if possible.. Thanks Try this: =INDIRECT("Data!F"&A2) ...

Cross Reference Error
I have a Word 2003 document that contains cross references. I've discovered that sometimes when I print the document a random cross reference will give the following error message: Error! Reference source not found. Other times it prints just fine. Any Thoughts? When you get that error message, you need to delete and re-build the cross-reference. The information that is "read" by the cross-reference is stored in the paragraph marker of the target paragraph. If, during your editing, you add or delete paragraph markers or split a paragraph, you can lose the...

Getpivot data dynamic reference

I tried the following formula for the pivot table name: =GET...

Schema Mappings
Hi All, I have a couple of questions on Schema Mappings... I've setup CRM so that when an account is made the user has the option of choosing what added extras the client has. Examples of this are: Anti Virus, Anti Spam etc. I've set this up as a simple drop down menu on the account General tab. I want this drop down menu to link with another similar menu I've created under the case (incident) General tab. I'd like to set it up so that when you change one it effects the other (ie change accounts and it changes the case drop down. I tried mapping the schema fields to achiev...

Setting a reference to a schema doesn't work?
Hello NG! Using the System.Xml.XmlDocument I want to create such a xml-file: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <RootElement xmlns:xsi="" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="RootElement.xsd "> .... </RootElement> (That's what XMLSpy generates when assigning a schema to an xml-file.) System Folders: Schema and schema-root
Hi, I have migrated from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003 (native Win 2000 AD-domain). Comparing PF -> System Folders with a clean Exchange 2003 Installation (native Win 2003 AD) I notice some differences in the System Folders; On the clean Exchange 2003: No 'Schema' system folder I renamed the Schema folder on the migrated servers and so far no problems. Is this folder still of any use in a Exchange 2003 environment? On the clean Exchange 2003: No 'schema-root\microsof\exchangeV1\exchweb and further. Because of earlier problems (There were 2 schema-root folders) I r...
