...Changing flag date or time on many messages at once?
This is one I haven't tried to fix before. I have a special use for
Outlook. Besides regular messages, I send myself "To Do's" to and
from home marked with a special phrase when it's a To Do that has
rules that mark it with a flag, etc. In either work or home, a lot of
those To Do's need to be deferred to a different time or day. It's
been tedious as I have to change each manually. Now I made it easier
some time ago by putting a flag option right on the toolbar so at
least I don't have to open each message. The preview pane is on for

We've recently setup an Exchange 2007 server for our organization and things
seem to be working smoothly. We've set the server up to accept only emails
that are directed to someone on our domain. So only firstname.lastname@example.org
would be allowed through. This seems to be working.
The problem I've noticed is that when we look at our tracking logs, we
receive hundreds of messages for random names on our domain in the receive
logs. Is this normal? In one day we had over 500 emails. These aren't
even accounts that are trying to find someone like js...Office 2004

I am brand new to threads. I have created a small home at that uploads
a file to an FTP server. It froze up my GUI. So, I changed it to use a

I'd first copy them all to a pst so you don't lose anymore.
Import them into a test mailbox and see if it has the same issue.
Hope that helps,

I have several (Outlook 2007) folders and various rules directing certain

my rules become useless because everything goes into one folder (inbox).
Anyone know why this happens, and what to do about it ?
The rules would not work if the folders are not there to move the files (emails) into them, so that part is understable. We just need to address why the folders are disappearing and how to prevent it.

Hi all. When a user sends ane mail to an unknown recipient
on the exchange server they get an UNDELIVERABLE message
back from the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. My users keep replying
to this message to ask why. They then get a failed delivery
message because there is no SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR account.
Is it possible to change who the UNDELIVERABLE messages
come from - i.e. can I make them come from ADMINISTRATOR
and not SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR?
Any help would me most appreciated!
This cannot be changed.
