I have three numbers in a single row and would like to identify the middle
number enter that number in another cell.

1. Select the range of data including the header. You need to have headers
for these columns
2. From menu Data>Filter>Advanced Filter>Copy to another location
3. In 'copy to' specify the target cell and check 'Unique records only'
4. Click OK will give you the unique list

This can get ugly. Proceed with caution. I'd recommend building a new
server and moving mailboxes to it. You could use temporary hardware and
rebuild your current server with your required name.

I'm trying to write a query that will return a median for various
values taken from a previous query. I've seen some suggestions in my
searching, but I haven't been able to get them working. They are also
all from before 2003 and refer to Access 97 and 2000.

I'm using Windows ME and I've switched from RichEdit 1.0 to 2.0 for my
CRichEditDoc/View application so that I can use the ITextDocument
interface and can do things such as suspend/resume the Redo buffer.
Problem is, now the Find/Replace dialogs don't seem to do anything. If
I revert back to RichEdit 1.0 they do!
What's going on?

I am trying to trouble shoot an issue I am having with e-mail not being sent
from our CRM server and I ran into another issue. I ran the CRM Environment
Diag Wizard and came up with a warning that states the following.

Pretty much the worst case scenario has happened. Primary hard drive
in a raid 1 array failed. Called hardware vendor for warranty support
as system was still not booting even though the failed drive was
degraded. Took the second supposedly working drive out and installed
it into an external usb hard drive enclosure to backup the data before
proceeding with the hardware vendor's technician. The drive has no
data on it and windows asks me if I want to format it.
What exactly happened here? The server has an ide raid controller
built into the motherboard so it was being raided via har...
